कम्पनी एक्ट 1956 के धारा 497 के तहत यह सूचना दी जा रही है कि उपर्युक्त उल्लेखित कम्पनी सदस्यों की साधारण बैठक सोमबार दि. 30 जून 2008 को 11 बजे रुकमिनी नगर जी. एस. रोड, गुवाहटी -781006 स्थित कम्पनी के पंजीकृत कार्यालय में होगी , जिसमें सदस्यों के समक्ष कम्पनी की सम्पति के निपटान एवं इसके तरीके समझाने हेतु हिसाब का ब्यौरा दिया जायेगा एवं लिक्वीडेटर का कोई स्पष्टीकरण हो तो उसे भी सुना जा सकेगा एवं इसके साथ ही एक विशेष प्रस्ताव के द्वारा यह भी निश्चित किया जायेगा कि कम्पनी के दस्तावेजों, लेखा-जोखा एवं अन्य किताबें तथा लिक्वीडेटर को कैसे निपटान किया जायेगा ।

Any person having any observations on the proposed amendment to the Byelaws can send the same in writing to the undersigned at theExchangePlaza, C- 1 , Block G , Bandra Kurla Complex , Bandra (East) , Mumbai -400 051 within fifteendays from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The observations received after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the draft amendment will be taken for consideration.
