(2 ) इस नियुक्ति से पूर्व निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर इस आशय की घोषणा प्रस्तुत करनी होगी कि यदि उनके एक से अधिक जीवित पत्नियां है , या एक पति/पत्नी के जीवित रहते उन्होंने विवाह किया है और यह विवाह पति/पत्नी के रहते किए जाने के कारण अमान्य करार दिया हो तो यह नियुक्ति इन संबंधी शर्तों के लागू होने से उन्हें दी गईं छूट के अध्यधीन होगी । (3 ) यह नियुक्ति नजदीकी रिश्तेदारों के बारे में एनआईसीएफ द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए जाने वाले निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर सूचना प्रस्तुत करने के अध्यधीन होगी। प्रपत्र में दिए गए ब्यौरे में किसी प्रकार के परिवर्तन को प्रत्येक वर्ष के अंत में सूचित करना होगा ।
(4) विहित प्रपत्र पर इस आशय की सत्यनिष्ठ अभिपुष्टि करने के लिए भारत के संविधान के प्रति निष्ठा/ईमानदारी की शपथ लेना । (5 ) उक्त नियुक्ति के तहत अधिकारी को भारत के किसी भी भाग में तैनात किया जा सकता है ।
( 6 ) सेवा की अन्य शर्तें उपर्युक्त विषय पर समय - समय पर जारी किए गए नियमों और आदेशों द्वारा अभिशासित होंगी ।
2. नियुक्ति की यह पेशकश अनंतिम है जो संवर्ग नियंत्रण प्राधिकारी अर्थात् दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा चरित्र और पूर्ववृत्त के सत्यापन कौ पुष्टिकर दिए जाने और शैक्षणिक अर्हता इत्यादि के कतिपय दस्तावेजों के विभाग द्वारा सत्यापन के अध्यधीन होगी ।
3. ( क ) यदि उनके मामले में सिविल सेवा परीक्षा नियमावली के नियम 20 के तहत यथापरिकल्पित जांच लंबित है तो सेवा में उनकी नियुक्ति उनके चरित्र व पूर्ववृत्त के संबंध में सरकार द्वारा आवश्यक समझी गई इस जांच के आधार पर उनके योग्य पाए जाने के अध्यधीन होगी ।

(ख ) यदि किसी भी समय उनकी योग्यता के संबंध में उनके द्वारा भेजा गया कोई भी प्रमाण - पत्र या दस्तावेज ठीक नहीं पाया जाता है अथवा उनकी योग्यता के संबंध में कोई भी सूचना/तथ्यात्मक सामग्री छुपाई गई है।गलत प्रस्तुत की गई है, तो संगत नियमों के अधीन उनकी नियुक्ति कोकिसीअन्य दंडात्मक कार्रवाई के प्रति बिना किसी भेदभाव के तत्काल रद्द किया जा सकताहै ।

the Junior Time Scale of Indian P&T Accounts and Finance Service Group 'A' in the pay scale ofRs . 8,000-275-13,500/- on the following terms :--
(1) The post is permanent but he will be on probation for a period of2 years from the date of appointment which may be extended at the discretion of the Competent Authority. During the period of probation, he will be required to undergo such training and take suchtests as Government may prescribe. Failure to pass the prescribed tests within the period of probation will render him liable to be discharged from service or reversion to his substantive post on which he may be retaining a lien , as the case maybe.
( i ) The appointment will be subject to the submission of a declaration in the prescribed forni to the effect that in the event of his/her having more then one wife living or having a spouse living, he/ she has married and his/her marriage is void by the reason of its taking place life time of such spouse, the appointment will be subject to his /her being exempted from the enforcement of the requirement in this behalf.
(iii) The appointment will be subject to furnishing of information in respect of close relations in the prescribed proforma to be supplied by the NICF. Any change in the particulars given in the proforma to be further intimated at the end of each year.
1 (iv) Taking of an oath of allegiance/faithfulness to the Constitution of India for making a solemn affirmation to that effect in the prescribed proforma.
(v) The appointment carries with it the liability to serve in any part of India.
(vi) Other conditions of service will be governed by the relevant Rules and orders issued from time to time on the subject.
2. This offer of appointment is provisional subject to clearance of verification of character and antecedents from the Cadre Controlling Authority i.e. Department of Telecommunications and verification of certain documents relatingtoEducational Qualifications etc. by the Department. 3. In case the enquiry as envisaged under Rule 20 of Civil Services Examination Rules is pending in his case, his appointment to a service will be subject to he being found suitable on the basis such enquiry as may be considered necessary by the Government having regard to his character and antecedents.
3a. In case , at any stage , it is found that any certificate or document furnished by him and having a bearing on his eligibility is not in order or any information/material facts having bearing on his eligibility have been hidden! misrepresented by him , then his appointment is liable tobe cancelled forthwith without prejudice to any other punitive action under relevant rules .

4. The candidate who has joined the Foundation Course will be deemed to be in service from the date of his/her joining the Foundation Course.
5. The acceptance of this offer or not , is to be intimated without fail . This offer would lapse if he did not join within a period of one month from the date of issue of this offer.
