2. यह तदर्थ प्रोन्नति/ नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित लताँ पर निर्भर करती है :-- (i ) यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति व्यक्ति को इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चित अवधि तक बने रहने अथवा चयन सूची में नाम सम्मिलित करने अखवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरीयता सूची में नाम सम्मिलित करने का हक नहीं देता ।
