आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति हिंदी सलाहकार समिति के सभी सदस्यों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसदीय राजभाषा समिति, लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय, भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग , योजना अध्योग और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों को भेजी आए ।
तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर , 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।

पुनर्गठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में अध्यक्ष , सदस्य सचिव सहित 24 सरकारी सदस्यों तथा 51 गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को शामिल करते हुए बोर्ड की वर्तमान संख्या 76 सदस्य हो जाएगी ।
तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।
आदेश है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसद सचिवालय, योजना आयोग और भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक और इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद के सभी सदस्यों सहित सभी राज्य सरकारों, संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रशासन , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों को उपर्युक्त संकल्प की एक प्रति संप्रेषित की जाए ।

2. यह भी आदेश है कि आम जानकारी के लिए इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं. ई. 11013/3/2004- हिन्दी पार्ट-1 सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति में श्री अताउल्ला खान के स्थान पर श्री नारायण मोहन गलांडे ( पाटिल ) क्रम सं. 21/3 , कृष्णा नगर , सैनिक बाडी, कल्याणी नगर एनैक्स, वडगांव शेरी, पुणे-411014 को एतद्वारा इस विभाग की ओर से गैर सरकारी सदस्य के रूप में नामित किया जाता है । तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें यहां रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।

All other terms and conditions recorded in the resolution dated 08th September, 2006 will , however , remain same and unchanged.

(LD ).-In partial modification of paragraph 3 ( i ) of this Department's Resolution of even No. dated 23rd March , 2005 regarding reconstitution of Hindi Salahkar Samiti of the Ministry of Law and Justice, the time period of the Samiti is extended by one year i.e. from 23rd March, 2008 to 22nd March, 2009.

No. K- 12012/5/ 16/2006-P&R-62 to 65.-The All India Handicrafts Board was reconstituted vide resolution of even No. dated 08th September, 2006 for a tenure of two years. The Government of India has decided to induct Shri Suresh Kashinath Bhujbal " Amritavel " , Ai & Post : Shikrapur, (Telegaon Road) , Taluka : Shirur, Distt. Pune- 412 208 Maharashtra as new non -official member & Vice-Chairman of All India Handicrafts Board. While retaining all officials and non -official members of the existing All India Handicrafts Board constituted vide resolution dated 08th September,2006 (except Sl . No. 1, 3 , 5 & 7) 23rd October 2006, 22nd November, 2006 and 27th November, 2006, 5th , 21st December , 2006 (except Sl . No. 2) and 22nd December , 2006 ( except $ 1 . 5) 5th & 10th January, 2007, 1st February, 2007 (except Sl . No. 1 ) and 14th February, 2007 ( except Sl . No. 2, 3 , 4, 7 , 8,94 10) , 2nd March,2007 (except Sl . No. 2), 7th & 9th March 2007, 8thMay, 2007 (except Sl .No. 2), 16th May, 2007, 25th July, 2007, 3rd & 29th August , 2007 , 11th Septeinber, 2007, 24th September, 15thOctober ,2007 & 2nd November , 2007 & 11th March,2008.
Thepresent strength of the Board shall be 76 Members comprising of Chairman , 24 official Members including Member Secretary and 51 non- official Members , in the reconstituted All India Handicrafts Board.
