सूचित किया जाता है कि दिनांक 24 अक्टूबर 2007 को कम्पनी की असाधारंण सामान्य सभा में निम्न प्रस्ताव पारित हुए:-- (अ ) " सर्वसम्मत्ति से संकल्प किया जाता है कि भविष्य में कम्पनी लाभदायक व्यापारिक क्रियाकलाप करने में सक्षम नहीं होगी । कम्पनी अधिनियम 56 की धारा 484 के. अन्तर्गत कम्पनी के स्वैच्छिक समापन की प्रक्रिया जारी की जाये एवं तद्नुसार शुरू की आती है ।" (च ) " संकल्प किया जाता है कि श्री बी. पी. अग्रवाल , कार्यरत कम्पनी सचिव ठिकाना विक्रान्त होटल , भगत चौराहे के पास, ग्यावर को कम्पनी अधिनियम 56 की धारा 490 के अन्तर्गत इसी अधिनियम की धारा 457 की समस्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए समापन के कर्त्तव्यों को सम्पन करने हेतु रुपये 10,735/- व्यय करने की शक्तिः सहित रुपये 4,000/ - के पारिश्रमिक पर समापक पद पर नियुक्त किया जाता है ।
अतः जिसे कम्पनी के समापन के मामले के मामले में आपत्ति हो, अपनी शिकायत लिखित समापक को उसके उपरोक्त पते पर दर्ज कर। सकता है ।
