1 पर पद के सामने , स्तंभ 8 में , शीर्षक आवश्यक के अधीन , मद 3 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः-
" सिविल इंजीनियरी के क्षेत्र में ड्राइंग या डिजाइन कार्यालय से तीन वर्ष का अनुभव " ,
का.नि.आ. 40. राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नौसेना , ( समूह "ग " ) , अराजपत्रित अननुसचिवीय , अनौद्योगिक पद ड्राइंग कार्यालय और राष्ट्रीय हाइड्रोग्राफिक कार्यालय ड्राइंग कर्मचारीवृन्द भर्ती नियम , 2003 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं ,
अर्थात्:---
(2 ) नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- II ( वैद्युत ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 2 पर, पद के सामने , स्तंभ 8 में , शीर्षक आवश्यक के अधीन, मद 3 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः-
" वैद्युत या यांत्रिकी इंजीनियरी के क्षेत्र में ड्राइंग या डिजाइन कार्यालय से तीन वर्ष का अनुभव " ,
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नौसेना , [ समूह " ग " , अराजपत्रित अननुसचिवीय , अनौद्योगिक पद ड्राइंग कार्यालय और राष्ट्रीय हाइड्रोग्राफिक कार्यालय ( ड्राइंग कर्मचारीवृन्द) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(3) नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- II ( यांत्रिकी ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 3 पर पद के सामने,
2. नौसेना, [समूह " ग " , अराजपत्रित अननुसचिवीय , अनौद्योगिक पद ड्राइंग कार्यालय और राष्ट्रीय हाइड्रोग्राफिक कार्यालय (ड्राइंग कर्मचारीवृन्द) ] भर्ती नियम , 2003 की अनुसूची में ,-
(क) स्तंभ 8 में , शीर्षक आवश्यक के अधीन , मद 3 के सामने, प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः-
(1 ) नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- II ( सिविल ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक

[PART II-SEC .4] " यांत्रिकी इंजीनियरी के क्षेत्र में ड्राइंग या डिजाइन : कार्यालय से तीन वर्ष का अनुभव " ,
hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Navy [Group ' C' , Non Gazetted, Non - Ministerial, Non- Industrial posts , Drawing Office and National Hydrographic Office (Drawing Staff) ] Recruitment Rules, 2003, namely:-
(ख ) स्तंभ 12 में , शीर्षक प्रोन्नति के सामने , विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्
1. (1) These rules may be called the Navy [Group ' C' , Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Non - Industrial posts , Drawing Office and National Hydrographic Office (Drawing Staff) ] Recruitment Rules , 2008.
: ! " ऐसा नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- III ( यांत्रिकी ) जिसने उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो और विभागीय अर्हक परीक्षण उत्तीर्ण किया हो "
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Navy [Group ' C' , Non- Gazetted, Non- Ministerial, Non - Industrial posts , Drawing Office andNational Hydrographic Office (Drawing Staff) ] Recruitment Rules , 2003 :-
(4) नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- II ( सन्निर्माण ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 4 पर पद के सामने , स्तंभ 8 में , शीर्षक आवश्यक के अधीन , मद 3 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः-
" यांत्रिकी या नौसेना वास्तुविद इंजीनियरी के क्षेत्र में ड्राइंग या डिजाइन कार्यालय से तीन वर्ष का अनुभव,"
(1) Against the post at serial number 1, relatingto DraughtsmanGrade- II (Civil) , in Column 8, under the heading Essential , against item 3, for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"three years experience from a drawing or design office in the field of Civil Engineering" ;
( 5 ) नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- II ( आयुद्ध ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 5 पर पद के सामने , स्तंभ 8 में , शीर्षक आवश्यक के अधीन , मद 3 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः-
" यांत्रिकी इंजीनियरी के क्षेत्र में ड्राइंग या डिजाइन कार्यालय से तीन वर्ष का अनुभव,"
(2) Against the post at serial number 2 , relating to Draughtsman Grade- II (Electrical ) , in column 8 , under the heading Essential, against item 3 , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"three years experience from a drawing or design office in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering";
(6) नक्शानवीस श्रेणी- II ( कार्टोग्राफी ) से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 6 पर पद के सामने , स्तंभ 8 में, शीर्षक आवश्यक के अधीन , मद 3 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्ः- "कार्टोग्राफी के क्षेत्र में ड्राइंग या डिजाइन कार्यालय से तीन वर्ष का अनुभव , "
(3) Against the post at serial number 3 , relating to Draughtsman Grade - II (Mechanical ) ; (a) in column 8 , under the heading Essential , against item 3 , for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:--
(7) स्तंभ 11 में, स्तंभ शीर्षक के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्षक रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
"three years experience from a drawing or design office in the field of Mechanical Engineering" ;

" भर्ती की पद्धतिः भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नति द्वारा या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा या आमेलन द्वारा तथा विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरे जाने वाले रिक्त पदों की प्रतिशतता " ।

(b) in column 12 , against the heading Promotion, for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Draughtsman Grade- III (Mechanical) having eight years regular service in the grade and who have passed in a departmental qualifying test" ;

(4) Against the post at serial number 4 , relating to DraughtsmanGrade - II ( Construction), in column 8, under the heading Essential , against item 3 , for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
टिप्पण: मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र भाग II , खंड 4 में का.नि.आ. 183 तारीख 27 दिसंबर, 2003 द्वारा | प्रकाशित किए गए थे और उनमें तत्पश्चात् का. नि.आ. 95 , तारीख 23 जुलाई, 2006 द्वारा संशोध न किए गए ।

for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :
(7) In column 11 , for the column heading, the following column heading shall be substituted, namely:-
"three years experience from a drawing or design office in the field ofMechanical Engineering" ;
"Method of recruitment . Whether by direct recruitment or by promotion or by deputation or by absorption and percentage of the vacancies to be filled by various methods" .
