1. निदेशक (उत्प्रवास सेवाएं ) उत्प्रवास महासंरक्षी के कार्यालय और उत्प्रवास संरक्षी के कार्यालयों से संबंधित सभी मामले ।
2. उप सचिव ( प्रशासन )
और यतः उक्त श्रीमती सविता जे. धर्माधिकारी , आई.पी.एस. के अभ्यावेदन पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा विचार किया गया था और इस तथ्य को नोट किया गया था कि उन्होंने संयुक्त राष्ट्र के साथ नई संविदा सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के बिना स्वीकार की थी और वह भी उन्हें यह सूचित किए जाने के बाद कि उनका अनुमोदित कार्यकाल पूरा हो चुका है। तथापि, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उन्हें अपने मूल संवर्ग में वापस कार्यग्रहण करने के लिए एक माह का समय दिया और उन्हें ' ई - मेल ' से भेजे गये दिनांक 06.02.2008 के पत्र के द्वारा निर्णय से अवगत करा दिया गया था और उन्हें यह भी सूचित कर दिया गया था कि उन्हें दिनांक 5 मार्च, 2008 तक अपने संवर्ग में वापस रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए । उन्हें यह भी सूचित कर दिया गया था कि यदि वह निर्देशों का पालन नहीं कर पातीं तो भारत सरकार उन्हें और नोटिस दिए बिना उनके मामले में अखिल भारतीय सेवा ( अवकाश ) नियम के नियम 7 ( 2 ) ( ग ) के उपबंधों को लागू करने के लिएस्वतंत्र होगी.

( II ) नियुक्ति की शर्त यही है कि अधिकारी की तैनाती विनिर्धारित सर्किल में ही होगी ।

Nadiapara of Gujarat Circle ( serial number 90 of notification 9-18 /2007 - SPG dated 20.11.07) . On promotion , he is posted in APS Directorate.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS :
(i) No re - allotment requests will be considered within a period of one year . Leave taken during the period will not be counted for calculation of one - year period for considering requests for re - allotments .
( ii ) Appointment is conditional to the officer's placement in the designated circles .
(iii) It is the officer's responsibility to send a copy of the charge report on assumption of charge on the pro- moted postto Director ( Staff) for record purpose .
( iv) If there are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaint, representations , if any, shouldbe made within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.
(v) Officers should be relieved within 30 days from the date of this order. In case , posting order from the allotted circles are not received , the circle where they are stationed now can relieve the promoted officer and asked to report to the allotted Circle Headquarters .
(vi) In case, an afficer is not willing to accept his promotion , his declination letter in writing should be received in Directorate within 30 days of this order , failing which , it will be presumed that he has declined the promotion .
3. VIGILANCE/DISCIPLINARY CASE , IF ANY :
In case any vig./disc , case , of the type referred to in O.M. No. 22011 /2/ 86 - Estt . ( A) dated 12-01-88 fram DOP & T circulated vide this office memo No. 25-19/ 88 - SPG dated 04.05.88 ( subsequently) revised vide DOP & T memo No. 22022/4/91- Estt . (A) dated 14-09-92 circulated vide this office memo No. 25-19/88 SPG dated 13.10.92 is pending against the officials , they should not be relieved for posting without obtaining specific orders from this office . The official against whom any punishment is current , they should notbe pramoted before expiry of currency of punishment . A repart in this repart be submitted immediately.
4. PROBATION PERIOD :
The official who have been promoted to the Postal Service group 'B ' will be on probation for two years and then their suitability to hold this post will be adjudged on completion of two years of probation. If any official proceeds on leave for a period exceeding 30 days during this period , the probation period will be extended depending upon the period of leave.

5. TRAINING :
The official will be directly promoted to Postal Service Group 'B ' without any training for the present . However they will have to undergo the prescribed training as and when notified by Director , PSCI Ghaziabad . A copy of the certificate givenby Director , PSCI , Ghaziabad on successful completion of training should be forwardedto Dir (Staff) for record .
6. OPTION FOR FIXATION OF PAY :
If the officer who wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation of pay under FR - 22 ( I) ( a) ( 1 ) should do so within one month from the date of promotion .
