बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी बीसी. 78 /12.01.001/2007-2008-- भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 की धारा 42 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा 21 अप्रैल 2008 की अपनी अधिसूचना बँपविवि . सं. आरईटी बीसी.69/12.01.001/ 2007-2008 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करता है कि प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक द्वारा रखे जाने के लिए अपेक्षित औसत आंरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात ( सीआरआर) , 24 मई 2008 को प्रारंभ होने वाले पखवाड़े से उसकी निवल मांग तथा मियादी देयताओं के 8.25 प्रतिशत होगा । बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी बीसी. 69 /12.01.001 / 2007-2008-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम , 1934 की धारा 42 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा 30 अक्तूबर 2007 की अपनी अधिसूचना बैंपविवि.सं. आरईटी बीसी. 45 / 12.01.001 /2007-2008 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करता है कि प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक द्वारा रखे जाने के लिए अपेक्षित औसत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात ( सीआरआर ) का प्रतिशत नीचे उल्लिखित तारीखों से, उनके सामने दिए गए अनुसार होगा:--

संकल्प किया गया कि श्री सूरज नारायण प्रसाद सिन्हा , सदस्य, भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् को दिनांक 17.04.2008 से भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् का अध्यक्ष चुना जाता है ।

[भाग III-खण्ड 4 भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् ने 24 मार्च, 2008 को हुई अपनी बैठक में अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा विज्ञापन पर प्रतिबन्ध से संबंधित खण्ड 4 अध्याय 2 भाग 6 में नियम 36 का संशोधन किया है । उक्त नियम से संबंधित संकल्प निम्नलिखित हैं :--

संकल्प किया जाता है कि संयुक्त परामर्शी सम्मेलन द्वारा पारित संकल्प के अनुसार एक परन्तुक को सम्मिलित करते हुए भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् के नियम के खण्ड 4 अध्याय 2 भाग 6 में नियम 36 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाए और उसका इसके द्वारा अनुमोदन किया जाता है ।

खण्ड 4 अध्याय 2 भाग 6 में नियम 36 में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाए : --
परन्तु यह कि यह नियम भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् को सूचित किए जाने और उसके द्वारा अनुमोदित किए जाने पर अनुसूची में यथा विहित वैबसाइट सूचना देने वाले अधिवक्ताओं के आड़े नहीं आएगा । भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् द्वारा अनुमोदित विशिष्टियों से भिन्न किसी अतिरिक्त विशिष्टि को नियम 36 का अतिक्रमण माना जाएगा और ऐसे अधिवक्ताओं को अधिवक्ता अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 35 के अधीन अवचार के लिए अभियोजित किया जा सकेगा । अधिवक्ताअधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 49 ( 1 ) ( झ ) भाग आठ के अधीन विरचित नियमों के अधीन 2 और 3 फरवरी , 2008 को प्रभार्य पुनरीक्षित फीस का ढांचा ।
परिषद् ने 2 और 3 फरवरी , 2008 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक में श्री शैलेन्द्र दुबे , सदस्य, छत्तीसगढ़ विधिज्ञ परिषद् से प्राप्त तारीख 27.12.2007 के पत्र पर जो निर्वाचन को चुनौती देने के लिए फीस के संबंध में है , विचार किया और विचार किए जाने के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित संकल्प पारित किया--

विभिन्न विधिज्ञ परिषदों के इस अनुरोध पर विचार करते हुए कि निर्वाचन याचिकाओं के लिए फीस 10,000/- रुपये की जाए और वर्तमान में धन के मूल्य और विधिज्ञ परिषद् के निर्वाचनों पर विचार करते हुए और निर्वाचन के परिणामों पर विचार करते हुए और चूंकि यह प्रस्ताव विभिन्न विधिज्ञ परिषदों से प्राप्त हुआ है । इसके द्वारा यह संकल्प किया जाता है कि निर्वाचन याचिकाएं फाइल करने के लिए फीस जो इस समय भारतीय विधिज्ञ परिषद् के नियम की फीस अनुसूची में विहित है , रुपये 750/ - से बढ़ाकर रुपये 10,000/-- कर दी जाए:

BarCouncil of India at its meeting held on 24th March , 2008 amended its Rule 36 in Section IV, Chapter II , Part VI relating to the ban on advertisement by advocates . Resolution amending the said Rule is given below :
RESOLUTION NO . 50/2008
The Bar Council of India at its meeting held on 13th & 14th April , 2008 elected the following Members as Chairman and Vice Chairman of Bar Council of India respectively and passed the following Resolution :-
RESOLUTION NO . 55/2008
"RESOLVED that the following amendment of Rule 36 in Section IV, Chapter II , Part VI of the Bar Council of India Rulesby incorporating a proviso in terms of resolution passed by the Joint Consultative Conference be and is hereby approved" .
The following proviso be added to Rule 36 in Section IV, Ch . II , Part VI .
"RESOLVED that Shri Suraj Narain Prasad Sinha , Member, Bar Council of India be and is hereby elected as Chairman of the Bar Council of India for the term commencing from 17.4 2008" .
RESOLUTION NO . 56/2008
"RESOLVED that Shri Jai Ram Beniwal , Member and present Vice Chairman , Bar Council of India be and is hereby re -elected as Vice- Chairman of the Bar Council of India for the term commencing from 17.4.2008" .
"PROVIDED that this Rule will not stand in the way of advocates furnishing website information as prescribed in the schedule under intimation to and as approved by the Bar Council of India. Any additional other input in the particulars than approved be the Bar Council of India will be deemed to be violation of Rule 36 and such advocates are liable to be proceeded with misconduct under Section 35 of the Advocates Act , 1961 " .

The revised fee structure chargeable under the Rule in Part VIII framed under Section 49 ( 1 ) ( h ) of the Advocates Act , 1961 on 2nd & 3rd February, 2008 .
The Council at its meeting held on 2nd & 3rd February, 2008 considered the letter dated 27.12.2007 received from Shri Shailendra Dubey, Member, Bar Council of Chhattisgarh regarding fees for challenging the election and after consideration
"While considering the requests of various Bar Councils for fixing of the fees for election petition as Rs . 10,000/- and considering the present money value and importance of the BarCouncil election and the consequence of an election and since the requests have come from various Bar Councils , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to enhance fee for filing election petition from Rs . 750/- at present prescribed in the Schedule of fees given in the Bar Council of India Rules to Rs . 10,000/ - .
