3. तदर्थ नियुक्ति तब तक चलती रहेगी जब तक कि रिष्ठता कोटा या सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा ( एलडीसीई ) के जरिए अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नहीं होते । अगर तदर्थ रूप से नियुक्त व्यक्ति नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु इन दोनों श्रेणियों में अर्ह नहीं होते, नियमित अधिकारी उपलब्ध होने पर तदर्थ नियुक्ति प्राप्त कर्मचारियों को इस विभाग द्वारा आबंटित उनके संबंधित संवर्ग में नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी द्वारा कार्यभार संभालने का तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।
