अहमदाबाद कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड, अहमदाबाद अहमदाबाद कमोडिटी एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड, अहमदाबाद की उपविधियों में निम्नलिखित संशोधनों पर भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना एस. ओ. संख्या 1162 , दिनांक 4 मई, 1960 के साथ पठित वायदा संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( वर्ष 1952 का अधिनियम 74 ) की धारा 11 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत उप- निदेशक, वायदा बाजार आयोग का अनुमोदन. दिनांक 13.5.2008 को प्राप्त हो गया है और उसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा -11 के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचित किया गया है ---
1. उपविधि संख्या 1 ( 49 ) में निम्नलिखित उपबन्ध जोड़ा जा रहा है, यथा--
" 1(49) माल की सुपुर्दगी के केन्द्रों से आशय उस निर्धारित क्षेत्र से है जिसकी परिसीमा में प्रमाणित वेयर हाउस अवस्थित हो, जिससे कि निविदा दाता को उपविधि संख्या 158 - ए( के) के अनुसार माल की सुपुर्दगी करनी है । "
2. विद्यमान उपविधि 158 - ए (जे ) के बाद निम्नलिखित नयी उपविधि जोड़ी जायेगी :
" 158 - ए ( के ) प्रमाणित वेयरहाउस या तो म्यूनिसिपल कार्पोरेशन/नगरपालिका/ग्राम पंचायत की सीमा दूरी में अवस्थित हो या म्यूनिसिपल कार्पोरेशन/नगरपालिका/ग्राम पंचायत की सीमा के बाहर 15 किलोमीटर के सीमित क्षेत्र में अवस्थित हो, या ऐसी सीमा - दूरी में अवस्थित हो, जिसे वायदा बाजार आयोग के अनुमोदन के समय - समय पर निदेशक- मण्डल द्वारा निर्धारित किया गया हो ।
158-ए( 1 ) : प्रमाणित वेयरहाउस की अवस्थित से सम्बन्धित किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में , निदेशक मण्डल का निर्णय अन्तिम और सबके लिये बाध्यकारी होगा । "

2. The following new bye - laws shall be added after the existing Bye- law 158 - A( J ) , namely :
Ahmedabad Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Ahmedabad
" 158 -A(k) : The certified warehouses shall be situated either within the limits of Municipal Corporation/Nagar Palika/ Gram Panchayat or within 15 Kms . outside limits of Municipal Corporation/ Nagar Palika/Gram Panchayatat or within such other limits as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors from time to time with the approval of Forward Markets Commission.
The approval of the Deputy Director , Forward Markets Commission under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act , 1952, (74 of 1952 ) , read with the Government of India Notification S.O. No. 1162, dated 4th May, 1960, has been obtained on 13-5-2008 to the following amendment made to the Bye- laws of Ahmedabad Commodity Exchange Ltd. , Ahmedabad and the same is being notified under Section 11 of the said Act :
158 -A( 1) : In case of any dispute relating to the situation of the certified warehouse , the decision of the Board of Directors is final and binding to all. "
