The appointment , ordered above , is made on purely ad hoc tasis and does not confer any right upon the officer concerned to continue in the same post on long - term basis or for regularization in the same grade or to claim seniority, etc. on that basis . Government reserves the right to terminate the ad hoc appointment without assigning any reason or giving notices etc. to the officer concerned.
