तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।

2. समिति के कार्य
इस समिति के कार्य उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय और उसके प्रशासनिक नियंत्रणाधीन सभी अधीनवर्ती कार्यालर्यो को सरकारी कामकाज में हिन्दी के प्रगामी प्रयोग से संबंधित विषयों तथा गृह मंत्रालय ( राजभाषा विभाग ) द्वारा निर्धारित नीति संबंधी ढ़ांचे के अंतर्गत आने वाले मामलों पर सलाह देना होगा ।
3.कार्यकाल
इस समिति का कार्यकाल इसके पुनर्गठन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष तक होगा, परन्तु--
(क ) जो संसद सदस्य समिति के सदस्य हैं, वे संसद सदस्य न रहने पर इस समिति के सदस्य भी नहीं रहेंगे ।
(ख ) समिति के पदेन सदस्य उस समय तक सदस्य बने रहेंगे जब तक कि वे अपने- अपने उन पदों पर है जिनके कारण वे समिति के सदस्य हैं ।
( ग ) यदि किसी सदस्य के त्याग- पत्र देने, मृत्यु आदि के कारण समिति में कोई स्थान रिक्त होता है तो उसके स्थान पर नियुक्त किया गया सदस्य तीन वर्ष के कार्यकाल की शेष अवधि के लिए सदस्य रहेगा ।
समिति की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 1987 के का. ज्ञा. संख्या -11 /20034/4/86-रा. भा. ( क -2 ) में निहित दिशा- निदेशों के अनुरूप और भारत सरकार द्वारा समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित निर्धारित दरों एवं नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता दिया जाएगा ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों, संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासनौं, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय ,मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय , लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , योजना आयोग, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखापरीक्षक, लेखा नियंत्रक, उपभोगक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को जन- साधारण को जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित कराया जाए ।

The Government of India has decided to induct Mr. Michaeal Tony Fern . H. No. 45, Rua Bernardo Da Costa, Margao, Salcetree , Goa- 403601 as new non- ofticiat member of All India Handicrafts Board while retaining all officials and non - official members of the existing All India Handicrafts Board constituted vide resolution dated 08th September, 2006 ( except Sl . No. 1 , 3 , 5 & 7) 23rd October , 2006, 22nd November, 2006 and 27th November . 2006 , 5th , 21st , December , 2006 ( except Sl . No. 2 ) and 22nd December, 2006 ( exerpt Sl . (a) a member who is a Member of Parliament ceases to be a member of the Samiti as soon as he ceases to be a Member of Parliament;
(b) ex-officio members of the Samin shall continue us members as long as they hold oflice by sittue at which they are members of the Sanite:
No. E 11015/ 5 /2007 -Hindi (Pl .) . In partial modification of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment's Resolution No. 11015 / 1 /2004 - Ilindi dated 31st March , 2006. Shri Rajendra Prasad Ciupt is nominated as Member of the Hindi Advisory Comunmee of the Ministry because of the vacancy arisen due to the demise of Shri Sukdeo Singh. The tenure of Shri Rejendra Prasad Gupt shall be upo 16.10.08 ie. the remaining period of the tenure of the committee .
