स्म.का.नि. 146, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के उपबंध द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा नागर विमानन सुरक्षा संगठन (समूह 'ग' पर) पती नियम, 1987 तथा नागर विमानन सुरक्षा ( आशुलिपिक वर्ग ' घ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 1988 के प्रतिस्थापन में , सिवाय उन * कार्यों के जो ऐसे प्रतिस्थापन से पूर्व किए गए अथवा छोड़े गए किए जाने हैं, राष्ट्रपति नागर विमानन मंत्रालय के नागर विमानन सरुता ब्यूरो में वरिष्ठ लिपिक तथा कनिष्ठ लिपिक के पद की भर्ती की प्रणाली को विनियमित करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमों को इसके द्वारा बनाते हैं :-

नागर विमानन मंत्रालय , नागर विमानन सुरक्षा ब्यूरो , ( समूह ' ग ' पद ) मर्ती नियम, शीर्ष और शुरूआत (1 ) इन नियमों को नाग

2008 कहा जाए।

( 2) से सियार सरकारी राजपुत्र में उनके प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे ।

2 पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण तथा वेतनमान उक्त पदों की संख्या, इमका वर्गीकरण तथा सम्बद्ध वेतनमान इन नियमों की पर्थिशिष्य अनुसूची के बॉम 2 से 4 में उल्लिखित अनुसार होंगी ।

3. थती को प्रणाली , आयु-सीमा, अन्य योग्यताएं आदि उक्त पद की भर्ती की प्रणाली, आयु सीमा, योग्यताएं तथा इससे *क्षेत्रमित अम्प विषय उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 14 में किए गए उल्लेख के अनुसार होंगे ।

4. अयोग्यताएं-ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति ,

[PART II SEC. 3( 1) ] ( क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति, जिसका पति/ पत्नी जीवित हो , के साथ विवाह या विवाह का करार किया हो ।

(ख ) जिसने जीवित पति/ पत्नी के होते हुए विवाह किया हो या विवाह का करार किया हो ।

ढक्त पद के लिये नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगा:

बशर्तेकि केन्द्र सरकार यदि ऐसे विवाह को उक्त व्यक्ति तथा विवाह के दूसरे पक्ष पर लागू पर्सनल लॉ के अंतर्गत अनुमप्ति योग्य मानतौ हो तथा यह कि ऐसा करने के लिए वहां अन्य आधार हों, जिनसे किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रभाव से मुक्त रखा जा सके । 5. छूट की शक्ति-जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय यह हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा व्यावहारिक है , इन नियमों के किसी श्रेणी या व्यक्तियों के वर्ग से संबंधित प्रावधानों में कोई छूट किन्हीं लिखित कारणों के लिए आदेश द्वारा दी जा सकती है ।

6. बघत. केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा समय- समय पर इस संबंध में जारी आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, पूर्व सैनिकों तथा अन्य विशेष श्रेणियों से संबंधित व्यक्तियों को दिए जाने वाले आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट तथा अन्य अनिवार्य छूटों को ये नियम प्रभावित नहीं करेंगे ।

प्रोन्नति : नागर विमानन सुरक्षा ब्यूरो में ४ वर्षकी नियमित तथा रु. 3050-75- 3950-80-4590 के वेतनमान में कार्यरत कनिष्ठ लिपिकों में से ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति:

भारत सरकार के अधिकारियों में से :

( क) ( 1 ) मूल संवर्ग अथवा विभाग में नियमित आधार पर समकक्ष पदधारी , अथवा

(ii ) रू. 3050-75-3950-80-4590 के वेतनमान में कार्यरत अवर श्रेणी लिपिक अथवा कनिष्ठ लिपिक के पद में 8 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा सहित ।

नोट 1 फीडर श्रेणी में विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति की सीथी पंक्ति में हैं, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर भर्ती के लिए विचारार्थ पात्र नहीं होंगे ।

नोट 2 उसी. संगठन अथवा विभाग में इस भर्ती से ठीक पहले किसी अन्य संवर्ग-बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि समेत प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सामान्य तौर पर तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी ।

नोट 3 : प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा भर्ती के लिए न्यूनतम आयु सौमा आवेदन की प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी ।

G.S.R. 146. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession ofthe Directorate of Civil Aviation Security (Stenographer Group ' D' Posts ) Recruitment Rules 1987 and theBureau of Civil Aviation (Group ' C ' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1988 except as respect things done or omittedto be done before such supersessions, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post ofStenographer Girade'D' , Senior Clerk and Junior Clerk in the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, namely:- :

1. Short title and commencement. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation , Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Group 'C' posts, Recruitment Rules,2008.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts , clasification and scale of pay. The number of posts, their classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14 ) of the said Schedule .

4.Disqualifications. No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Providedthat the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicableto such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Goverrtment from time to time in this regard,

सा.का.नि. 148.-राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , संस्कृति मंत्रालय , राष्ट्रीय संग्रहालय , नई दिल्ली , समूह ' क ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2006 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिपत नाम संस्कृति मंत्रालय , राष्ट्रीय संग्रहालय , नई दिल्ली समूह ' क ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. संस्कृति मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय संग्रहालय , नई दिल्ली, समूह ' क' पद मती नियम, 2006 की अनुसूची में-

(क) स्तंथ 6 में संग्रहाध्यक्ष ( मुद्राशास्त्र एवं पुरालेख ) के पद के संबंध में क्रम संख्या 3 पर' लागू नहीं' प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर ' नहीं ' रखा जाएगा ।

(ख ) स्तंभ 12 में उप- संग्रहाध्यक्ष ( पाण्डुलिपि ) के संबंध में क्रम संख्या 7 पर उप शोर्ष ' आवश्यक' के अधीन मद ( iii ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद अन्तर्विष्ट की जाएगी , अर्थात्:

" ( iv ) पाण्डुलिपियों और फरमानों ( सम्राटों द्वारा जारी दस्तावेज ) के क्षेत्र में एक वर्ष का व्यावहारिक अनुभव और प्रशिक्षण ।"

1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, National Museum , New Delhi , Group 'A' Posts Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules, 2008,

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the Ministry of Culture, National Museum , New Delhi Group 'A' Posts Recruitment Rules,2006,

(a) against serial number 3 , relating to the post ofCurator (Numismatic and Epigraphy ) in Column 6, for the entry 'Not applicable' , the entry ' No ' shall be substituted;

सा.का. नि. 149.-राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और गंन्त्र बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग (ससमूह ' ग ' पद ) मतीं नियम, 1972 , गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग ( हिन्दी अनुवादक, श्रेणी-2 मीं नियम, 1977, गंगा बाद नियंत्रण आयोग पर्यवेक्षक साधारण केन्द्रीय सेवा समूह ' ग ' ( अफजपत्रित पद) भर्ती नियम, 1983 और गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग में टेलेक्स आपरेटर, बल संसाधन मंत्रालय ( समूह ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती नियम, 1987 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए , जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने सेलोप किया गया है , जल संसाधन मंत्रालय के अधीन गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग में समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:- :

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इस नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जल संसाधन मंत्रालय , गंगा बाढ़नियंत्रण आयोग ( समूह ' ग' पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2008 है ।

(2) ये रोबपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होना, ये नियम इससे उपाषा अनुसूची के स्तंभ । में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे ।

3. पद संख्या , वर्गीकरण और बेतमयान -उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 2 से स्तंभ 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं, आदि-उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा, अहंताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य बारों वे होंगी जो पूर्वास्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ 5 से स्तंभ 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

5. निरर्हता-वह व्यक्ति,-

(क ) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, विसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है , विवाह किया है; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगाः

परंतु धदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं, तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति यहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐस्त्र करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके लिए को कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 7..व्यावृत्ति. इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु - सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुस्त्रर अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजावियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए, उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है । 710

प्रतिनियुक्ति: केन्द्रीय सरकार के ऐसे अधिकारियों में से,-

(क) जो मूल काडर या विभाग में नियमित आधार पर सदृश पद धारण किए हुए हैं ;

( ख ) ऐसे उच्च श्रेणी लिपिक जिन्होंने मूल काडर विभाग में 4000-6000 रु . के या समतुल्य वेतनमान वाले पद पर नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है ।

टिप्पण: प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि , जिसके अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन या विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि भी है साधारणतया 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । भारत का राजपत्र : अगस्त 9, 2008/आवण 18, 1930

( ii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 4000-6000 रु. के या समतुल्य वेतनमान वाले पद पर नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में आठ वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है; या

(iii ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 3050-4500 रु. के या समतुल्य वेतनमान वाले पद पर नियमित आधार पर नियुक्ति के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी में बारह वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है ; और

(ख) जिनके पास सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए यथा विहित अर्हताएं और अनुभव है ।

टिप्पण १ : पोषक प्रवर्ग के ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारी , जो प्रोन्नति की सीधी पंक्ति में है, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रतिनियुक्ति व्यक्ति आमेलन द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के पात्र नहीं होंगे ।

टिप्पण 2 : प्रतिनियुक्ति को अवधि, जिसके अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या किसी अन्य संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले भारित किसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि है साधारणतया 3 वर्ष से अधिक, नहीं होगी । (13 )

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ganga Flood Control Commission (Group ' C' Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 1972, the Ganga Flood Control Commission (Hindi Translator, Grade II) recruitment Rules, 1977, the Ganga Flood Control Commission Supervisor-- General Central Service Group ' C' (Non-Gazetted post) Recruitment Rules , 1983 and the Telex Operator in the Ganga Flood Control Commission , Ministry of Water Resources ( Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules , 1987, except as respects things done or omitted to be done, before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group ' C' posts in Ganga Flood Control Commission , under the Ministry ofWater Resources, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources , Ganga Flood Control Commission (Group ' C' posts ) Recruitment Rules,2008.

(2)They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette.

rules. 2. Application. These rules shall apply to the posts specifled in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule annexed to these 3.Number ofposts, classification and scale of pay. The number of the posts , their classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2 ) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications , ete.--The method of recruitment , age limit , qualifications and othermatters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14) of the aforesaid Schedule .

5. Disqualifications . No person ,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule .

6. Power to relax .-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it mayby order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons .

7. Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation , relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

सा.का.नि. 150, राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आमोग ( समूह ' थ ' पद ) घर्ती नियम, 1972 , गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग कनिष्ठ गेस्टेटनर , आपरेटर साधारण केन्द्रीय सेवा समूह ' घ ' ( अराजपत्रित पद) भर्ती नियम, 1977 गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग और समूह ' घ ' पद भर्ती नियम, 1984 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अभिक्रमण से पूर्व किस गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है, जल संसाधन मंत्रालय के अधीन गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण में समूह ' घ ' पद भर्ती की पद्धति का विनियमन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं , अर्थात्

1. संक्षिप्त नाथ और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इस नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जल संसाधन मंत्रालय , गंगा बाढ़ नियंत्रण आयोग ( समूह ' अ ' पद ) पर्ती नियम, 2008 है ।

(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. लागू होगा. ये नियम इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट पदों को लागू होंगे ।

3. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और बेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या , उनका वर्गीकरण और उनके वेतनमान वे होंगे जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंम ( 2 ) से स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

4. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं, आदि कारों के होंगी जो पूर्वाषत अनुसूची के स्तंभ ( 5 ) से स्तंभ ( 14 ) में उक्त पदों पर भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु सीमा , अईताएं और उनसे संबंधित अन्य विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।

5.. अपरासी , सफाईकाला और चौकीदार के रूप में नियुक्त व्यक्तियों का होमगार्ड के रूप में प्रशिक्षण लेने का कक्रियः इत नियमों में अन्तर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए , इन नियों के अधीन चपरासी , सफाईवाला और चौकीदार के रूप में नियुक्त प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, उन व्यक्तियों को छोड़ कर जो शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग हैं , तीन वर्ष की अवधि तक होमगार्ड के रूप में प्रशिक्षण लेगा । परन्तु महा समादेष्टा, होम गार्ड प्रशिक्षण की अवधि के दौरान किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा प्राप्त किए गए प्रशिक्षण के निष्पादन और उसके मामक को मान में रखते हुए, उसके लिए, जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके , ऐसी अवधि को कम करके दो वर्ष तक कर सकेगा । 6. निरर्हता, वह व्यक्ति ,

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से, जिसका पति या जिसकी पत्नी जीवित है, विवाह किया है: या

(ख) जिसने अपने पति अपनी पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह किया है ,

उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नहीं होगाः

परंतु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है कि ऐसा विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विवाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्वीय विधि के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार हैं , तो वह किसी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के प्रवर्तन से छूट दे सकेंगी । 7. शिथिल करने की शक्ति-जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है , वहां वह उसके लिए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध को किसी वर्ग या प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों की बाबत , आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकेगी । 8. व्यावृत्ति-इन नियमों की कोई बात , ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी , जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर निकाले गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों, और अन्य विशेष प्रवर्ग के व्यक्तियों के लिए उपबंध करना अपेक्षित है । 743 301

G.S.R. 150. In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession oftheGanga Flood Control Commission (Group ' D' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1972, the Ganga Flood Control Commission [Junior Gestetner Operator-General Central Service Group ' D' (Non- Gazetted post ) ] Recruitment Rules , 1977, the Ganga Flood Control Commission (Group 'D' post) Recruitment Rules, 1984, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitmentto Group 'D' posts inGanga Flood Control Commission , under the Ministry of Water Resources , namely:---

1. Short litle and commencement.-( 1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources, Ganga Flood Control Commission (Group 'D' posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2008.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.Application. These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column I ofthe Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number ofposts , classification and scale of pay.-The wumber of posts, their classification and the scale ofpay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2 ) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment , age limit , qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to ( 14 ) ofthe aforesaid Schedule.

5. Liability of persons appointed as Peons, Safaiwala and Chowkidar, to undergo training as HomeGuards.- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules , every person appointed as Peon , Safaiwala and Chowkidar under these rules excepting those who are physically handicapped, shall undergo training as Home Guards for a period of three years .

Provided that Commandant General , Home Guards may, having regard to the performance of and standard of training achieved by any person during the period of training, reduce such period to two years for reasons to be recorded inwriting.

6.Disqualifications. No person,-

(a)whohas entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person ,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such merriage is permissible under the personal lew applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, tarapt any person from the operation ofthis rule.

7. Power to relax-Where the Central Deverament is of the opinion that it is necesstury or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be reegeded in wetting, relax any of the provisions ofthese vales with respect to'imy class or category of регния.

Saving Nothing in there rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Cartes, the Scheduled Tribes , ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the anders issuedby the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
