करेंसी डेरीवेटिव क्लीयरिंग खंड
(2) सेबी द्वारा अनुमोदित करेंसी पर आधारित संविदाओं को करेंसी डेरीवेटिव क्लीयरिंग खंड में क्लीयरिंग और निपटान के लिए स्वीकार किया जाए ।
4. ये उप- नियम फ्यूचर खंड आप्शन क्लीयरिंग खंड और उसके उप - खंडों, यदि कोई हों, पर लागू होंगे ।
5. ये उप- नियम करेंसी डेरीवेटिव क्लीयरिंग खंड पर भी लागू होंगे , जब तक संदर्भ में अन्यथा अपेक्षित न हो अथवा जब तक समय- समय पर संगत प्राधिकारी द्वारा अन्यथा निर्दिष्ट न किया गया हो । इस प्रयोजन हेतु इन उप- नियमों में आने वाले 'फ्यूचर एण्ड आप्शन ' अथवा 'एफएण्डओ ' शब्दों को " करेंसी डेरीटेवेटिव ' शब्दों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया गया माना जाएगा ।

[PART IV The draftamendments to the NSCCL ( Futures & Options) Regulations as given hereunder are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of the General Clauses Act , 1897 in the Official Gazette of India . Any person having any observations on the proposed amendments to the NSCCL ( Futures & Options) Regulations can send the same in writing to the undersigned at Exchange Plaza , C - 1 , Block G , Bandra- Kurla Complex , Bandra ( East) , Mumbai 400 051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette . The observations received after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the draft amendments will be taken for consideration .
The existing ( Futures & Options ) Regulations of the Clearing Corporation are proposed to be made applicable , subject to approval of SEBI , to the Currency Derivatives segment subject to the following amendment: -
TheApplicability Clause is proposed to be amended ( words in bold are to be included) as under in order to make the ( Futures & Options) Regulations of the Clearing Corporation applicable to Currency Derivatives segment:

These Regulations shall be applicable to all Clearing Members dealing in Futures & Options segment ( F & O segment ) of the Clearing Corporation . These Regulations shall also be applicable to all Clearing Members dealing in Currency Derivatives segment of the Clearing Corporation unless the context requires otherwise or unless otherwise specified by the relevant authority from time to time .
