सेबी के अनुमोदन के अध्यधीन एनएससीसीएल के उप-नियमों ( एफएण्डओ खंड ) के अध्याय- V की धारा 4 के रूप में निम्नलिखित धारा जौड़े जाने का प्रस्ताव किया जाता है :
