प्रयोज्यता धारा को निम्नानुसार संशोधित (मोटे शब्दों को शामिल किया जाता है और काटे गए शब्दों को हटाया जाता है) किया जाता है ताकि एक्सचेंज के (फ्यूचर एण्ड आप्शन खंड) कारोबारी विनियमनों को करेंसी डेरीवेटिव खंड के लिए लागू किया जा सके :

इन टिनियमनों को क्लीयरिंग कारपोरेशन के फ्यूचर एण्ड आप्शन खड ( एकरग्डओ खंड) में लेन- देन करने वाले सभी क्लीयरिंग सदस्यों पर गू किया जाएगा । ये विनियमन यथावश्यक परिवर्तन सहित क्लीयरिंग कारपोरेशन के करेंसी डेरीवेटिव खंड में लेन- देन करने वाले सभी क्लीयरिंग सदस्यों पर भी लागू होंगे , जब तक संदर्भ में अन्यथा अपेक्षित हो अथवा समय- समय पर संगत प्राधिकारी द्वारा जब तक अन्यथा निर्दिष्ट न किया गया हो ।

क्लीयरिंग कारपोरेशन की नियमावली (एफएण्डओ खंड) में विहित उपबंधों को अध्याय-1 के पश्चात निम्नलिखित अध्याय-1 क के रूप में जोड़कर संशोधित किया जाता है:

अध्याय-1 क: प्रयोज्यता
1. ये नियम फ्यूचर एण्ड आप्शन क्लीयरिंग खंड ओर उसके उप- खंडों, यदि कोई हों, पर लागू होंगे।
2. ये नियम करेंसी डेरीवेटिव क्लीयरिंग खंड पर भी लागू होंगे, जब तक संदर्भ में अन्यथा अपेक्षित न हो अथवा समय- समय पर संगत प्राधिकारी द्वारा जब तक अन्यथा निर्दिष्ट न किया गया हो । इस प्रयोजन हेतु इन नियमों में आने वाले 'फ्यूचर एण्ड आप्शन " अथवा 'एफएण्डओ ' शब्दों को 'करेंसी डेरीवेटिव' शब्दों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया गया माना जाएगा ।

The provisions contained in the NSE Byelaws are amended to the extent given hereunder: -
( 1 ) The following clause is inserted as Byelaw ( 6) in Chapter i of the Byelaws of the Exchange and the existing Byelaw (6) is renumbered as (7): -

(2) The following clause is inserted as Clause 1 ( f) in Chapter V of the Byelaws of NSEIL: -

Any bank included in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India Act , 1934 and specifically authorised by Reserve Bank of India for this purpose.
i. is eligible to become a Trading Member of the currency derivatives segment of the Exchange , on the recommendation of the Relevant Authority.
ii . such bank can act as a Trading Member for its proprietary dealings . to act on its own account , in the currency derivatives segment of the Exchange .
such bank can also act as a Trading Member for its clients or constituents in the currency derivatives segment of the Exchange .
iv. such bank shall also abice by the circulars and directions issued by RBI and SEBI in respect of dealings of such bank on the Exchange besides Rules . Byelaws and Regulations of the Exchange .

1. These Rules shall apply to the Futures & Options clearing segment and to the sub - segments , if any, thereof .
2 These Rules shall also apply to the currency derivatives clearing segment unless the context requires otherwise or unless otherwise specified by the relevant authority from time to time. For this purpose, the words "Futures & Options" or " F & O " appearing in these Rules shall be deemed to have been replaced by the words " currency derivatives" .
