का.नि.आ. 72.-केन्द्रीय सरकार , रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम, 1903 ( 1903 का 7 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषित करती है कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में रक्षा अनुसंधान विकास प्रयोगशाला , बोथली नागपुर के पास की भूमि जो आदेश में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि है , के उपयोग और उपभोग पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड ( ग ) में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्बन्धनों को अधिरोपित करना आवश्यक हो गया है कि उक्त भूमि को भवनों और अन्य बाधाओं से मुक्त रखा जाए ।
2. उक्त भूमि की रेखाचित्र योजना का , कलक्टर , नागपुर , महाराष्ट्र के कार्यालय में निरीक्षण किया जा सकेगा ।
अनुसूची
महाराष्ट्र राज्य में रक्षा अनुसंधान विकास प्रयोगशाला, बोथली नागपुर की सीमा दीवाल की बाहरी मुंडेर के शिखर से एक सौ मीटर की दूरी के भीतर आने वाले क्षेत्र की सभी भूमि समाविष्ट है ।

New Delhi , the 25th July, 2008
SR.O. 72. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 ( 7 of 1903 ) , the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose restrictions specified in clause (c) of Section 7 of the said Act uponthe use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule hereto annexed , being land lying in the vicinity of Defence Research Development Laboratory, Bothli Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra , in order that the said land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions .
2.A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of the Collector , Nagpur , Maharashtra .
SCHEDULE
All the land comprised in the area lying within the distance of one hundred meters from the crest of the outer parapet of the boundary wall of Defence Research Development Laboratory , Bothli Nagpur , in the state of Maharashtra .

का.नि.आ. 73. - केन्द्रीय सरकार , सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र , भाग 11 , खंड 4 , तारीख 29 दिसम्बर , 2001 में संख्यांक का.नि.आ. 241 द्वारा प्रकाशित रक्षा मंत्रालय (वित्त प्रभाग ) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात :-
ठक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, स्तंभ ( 1 ) में आने वाले क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की प्रबिष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रख्खा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" चंडीगढ़ , अंबाला , भटिंडा, जालंधर, सुबाथु, दिल्ली छावनी और शिमला स्थित रक्षा लेखा विभाग के अथवा उसके द्वारा पट्टे पर लिए गए सभी स्थान" ।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में उसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
टिप्पण. मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 4 , में संख्यांक का. नि.आ. 241 , तारीख 29 दिसम्बर, 2001 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी ।

S.R.O. 73. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises ( Eviction of Unauthorized Occupation) Act, 1971 ( 40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification of the Ministry of Defence (Finance Division ) vide SRO 241 , published in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 4 dated. the 29th December , 2001 .
In the said notification in the Table, against serial number 2, occurring in column ( 1 ), for the entries in column (3 ) , the following shall be substituted, namely :---
All premises belonging to or taken on lease by Defence Accounts Department at Chandigarh , Ambala, Bhatinda, Jallandhar, Subathu , Delhi Cantonment and Shimla" .
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
Note : The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 4, vide number G.S.R. 241 dated 29th December , 2001 .
