(क) तदर्थ नियुक्ति, नियुक्त अधिकारी को उक्त संवर्ग में अनिश्चित काल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए अनुभाग अधिकारियों की सूची में शामिल होने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवाके अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरीयता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी ।
(ख ) तदर्थ नियुक्ति, वरीयता कोटा और/ अथवा सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के माध्यम से अनुभाग अधिकारी संवर्ग में नियमित उम्मीदवार के उपलब्ध होने तक जारी रहेगी । इन दोनों वर्गों में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्त अधिकारी के अर्हक न होने की स्थिति में उन्हें नियमित अधिकारी (नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी ) के आबंटित संबद्ध संवर्ग में कार्यग्रहण करने की तारीख से पदावनत कर दिया जाएगा ।
