का.नि.आ. 75. - राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्रालय , सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा सेवा महानिदेशालय , सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा भंडार डिपो , भंडार स्टॉफ, समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती नियम , 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित निगम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय , सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा सेवा महानिदेशालय , सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा भंडार डिपो , भंडार स्टॉफ , समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2008 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. रक्षा मंत्रालय , सशस्त्र बल चिकित्सा सेवा महानिदेशालय , सशस्त्र मूल चिकित्सा भंडार डिपो , भंडार स्टॉफ, समूह ' ग ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2006 की अनुसूची में , भंडार अधीक्षक , ज्येष्ठ भंडारी और भंडारी के पद से संबंधित स्तंभ 11 के शीर्ष की विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:- /
" भर्ती की पद्धति: भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नति द्वारा या प्रतिनियुक्ति/आमेलन द्वारा तथा विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों की प्रतिशतता" ।

S.R.O. 75. In the exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Consutution, the President herebymakes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence , Directorate Gened Armed Forces Medical Services , Armed Forces Medical Store Depot , Store Keeping Staff. Group "C " Posts Recruitment Rules , 2006 , namely :-.
1. Short title and commencement. These rirles may be called the Ministry ofDefence. Directorate Cienerid Armed Forces Medical Services , Armed Forces Medical Store Depot, Storckeeping Sati. Group ( Posts Recruitment (Amendmen Rides, 2008 .
12 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Offical Gazette .
2 In the Schedule of the Mmistry of Delnice . Directorate General Armed Forces Medical Services . Armed Forces Medical Store Depot. Storekeeping Stafl . Group C Posts Recruitment Rules . 2pto , relating to the posts ol Stores Superintendent . Sentor Storekeeper and Storeseeper for the existing entry at the heading of Col. 1. the following entry shall be substitutes namely :

2. In the Schedule of the Department of Defence Production, Directorate General of Quality Assurance ,Group " B " ( Drawing) Posts Recruitment Rules , 2004 , in column 11 , for the column heading the following column heading shall be substituted, namely :-
"Method of recruitment : Whether by direct recruitment or by promotion or by deputation or by absorption and percentage of the vacancies to be filled by various methods " .

का.नि.आ. 77.- केन्द्रीय सरकार, रक्षा संकर्भ अधिनियम, 1903 ( 1903का 7 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्तं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है कि इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि के उपयोग और उपभोग पर , जो असम राज्य में, रक्षा अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला , तेजपुर , के पास की भूमि है . उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड ( ग ) में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्वन्धनों को अधिरोपित करना आवश्यक है , जिससे कि उक्त भूमि को भवन निर्माणों और अन्य अवरोधों से मुक्त रखा जा सके ।
2. उक्त भूमि के रेखाचित्र का, उपायुक्त, सोनितपुर, असम के कार्यालय में निरीक्षण किया जा सकेंगा ।
अनुसूची
असम राज्य में, रक्षा अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला , तेजपुर को सीमा दीवार के बाहरी मुंडेरे के शिखर से पच्चीस मीटर की दूरी में आने वाले क्षेत्र में समाविष्ट संपूर्ण भूमि ।

S.R.O. 77.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act , 1903 ( 7 of 1903 ) , the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to inmpose restrictions specified in clause ( c ) of Section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule hereto annexed. being land lying in the vicinity of Defence Research Laboratory , Tezpur in the State of Assam, in order that the said land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions.
2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of the Deputy Commissioner , Sonitpur , Assam ,
SCHEDULE
All the land comprised in the area lying within the distance of twenty live metres from the crest of the outer parapet of the houndary wall of Defence Research Laboratory, Tezpur in the State ofAssam.
