सा.का. नि. 180.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय खान ब्यूरो ( फराश ) समूह ' घ ' पद थतीं नियम , 2007 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय खान ब्यूरो ( फराश ) समूह ' घ ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है । (2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय खान ब्यूरो ( फराश ) समूह ' घ ' पद भर्ती नियम , 2007 की अनुसूची में, स्तंभ 13 में, मद 3 के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्: -
" ( 3 ) केंद्रीय सरकार के किसी अन्य कार्यालय से समूह ' क' अधिकारी " ।

Iith these rules may be called the Indian Bureau of Mines ( Farash ) (Group Post Recruitment ( Amendmen Rules.2008 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Inthe Schedule to the Indian Bureau of Mines ( Farash ) Group "D " Post Reconument Rules , 2007 in column3. for item 3 , the following shall be substituted , namely : -
"(3 ) Group A Officer from any other Central Government Office " .

सा.का.नि. 181.- राष्ट्रपति , मंत्रिधान के अनुच्छेद 3000 के अन्तुक द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियों का हुकारतीय नव्यूहं अनुवादक। समूह' र' पद भर्ती नियम, 2007 का मंधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती
1. 11 ) उन नियमां का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय वन न्यूरो ( हिंदी अनुवादक समृशानि 042 (C) ने राज में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृन्न होंगे ।
2. भारतीय ग्वान व्यूरो ( हिंदी अनुवादक ) समूह ' ग' पद धती नियम, 2007 की अनुसूर्च ग
11: संघ ( 7 ) को प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निकालिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :
"30 वर्ष इस सरकारी सेवक जिसने उसी लाइन या सहायक काहीन वर्षनिरंतर देव का है मान यर्थियों की दृश्न में 40 वर्ष तक तथा अनुगुचित आति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के निकर्म লিি को । सफलै " :

सा.का.नि. 183 ,--राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनु 300 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदन शक्तिमान करत हुए जल संसाधन मंत्रालय फरक्का गंज परियाजनः कः रोगविज्ञानी पद के लिए निर्माति नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जल संसाधन मंत्रालय का पेनेच परियोजना रागविज्ञान मह 'क' पद) भती नियम, 2008 है ।
( 2 ) यं राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की सारीख को प्रवृन होंगे ।
2. पद संख्या . वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान, उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और ननम्न वे होंगे , जो का अनु के स्तंभ ) यस्तंभ 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति , आयु सीमा , अर्हताएं , आदि, उक्त पदों की पद्धति आयु-सोना और उनसे संबधित अन्य कर्म होंगी जो पूर्वोक्त अनुमुत्री के स्तंभ ( 5 ) से ग्नंध 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
4. निरहंता, व्यक्ति,
नए व्यक्ति से निकायका भी जीवित है , विवाह किया है
(श्रः जिमने अपने पति या अपनों नीलेरितहत हुए किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह
उवत पद पर निर्वािन्तकः पात्र नहीं होगा :
परन्तु यति चन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाना है कि ऐमा त्रिवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और किसकारको ला के अधीन अनुसंन है और ऐसा करने के लिए अन्य आधार है तो वह कियो व्यक्ति को इस नियम सांगी ।
5. शिथिल करने की शक्ति, जहां को सरकार की यह गय है कि ऐसा करना आधीचीन ह जा कारण हैं उन्हें लखन करके संत्र लावावा असे जगभश कर इन नियमों के किसी उपपंकजा प्रवर्ग यावत , आदेश द्वारः अभिन्न करो ।
6. व्यावृत्ति. इन नियमों की कोई बात आण आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य दिनेगोजिनका 4. सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय समय पर निकाले गए आदेश के अनुसार अनुसूचित आतियों , अन्त দ विशेष प्रवण कवियों के लिए उपबंध करना अक्षित है

(i ) भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् अधिनियम, 1956 की पहली या दूसरी या तीसरी अनुसूची के भाग 2 में सम्मिलित कोई मान्यताप्राप्त आयुर्विज्ञान (लाइसेन्शिएट अर्हताओं से भिन्न तीसरी अनुसूची के भाग 2 में सम्मिलित आयुर्विज्ञान अर्हता धारकों को भी भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 3 ) में अनुबंधित शतों को भी पूरा करना चाहिए ।
( ii ) अनुसूची अ या अनुसूची खंड व में सम्वद्ध विशेषज्ञता में स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री या डिप्लोमा या समतुल्य अर्थात् एम. डी. ( रोग विज्ञान ) , एम.डी. ( रोग विज्ञान और जीवाणु विज्ञान ) एम.डी. (जीवाणु विज्ञान के साथ रोग विज्ञान ) एम.एस.सी. ( रोग विज्ञान ) , एम. एस.सी. ( आयुर्विज्ञान रोग विज्ञान ) , पी.एच.डी. ( रोग विज्ञान ) , डी.एस.सी. ( रोग विज्ञान ), रोग विज्ञान ( यू.एस.ए. ) डी.सी.पी. डी.पी.त्री. में विशेषतो बोर्ड ग्र समतुल्य ।
( iii ) स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री अभिप्राप्त करने के पश्चात् सम्बद्ध विशेषज्ञता में तीन वर्ष का अनुभव या स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा अभिप्राप्त करने के पश्चात् 5 वर्ष का अनुभव ।
टिप्पण 1 : अहंताएं, अन्यथा सुअर्हित अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग. के विवेकानुसार शिथिल की जा सकती है । टिप्पण 2 : अनुभव संबंधी अहंता ( अर्हताएं) संघ लोक सेवा आयोग कंविषंकानुसार अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में तब शिथिल की जा सकती हैं जब चयन के किसी प्रक्रम पर संघ लोक सेवा आयोग की यह राय है कि उनके लिए आरक्षित रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए अपेक्षित अनुभव रखने वाले उन समुदायों के अभ्यर्थियों
के पर्याप्त संख्या में उपबल्ध होने की संभावना नहीं है ।
