विषय : इस्पात मंत्रालय की इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद् के गठन के संबंध में ।
सं. 5( 3 ) /2004- डी- I ( . ) -इस्पात मंत्रालय के दिनांक 24.3.2006, 26.11.2006 और 24.8.2007 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के क्रम में इस्पात मंत्रालय के दिनांक 24 मार्च, 2006 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के पैरा 7 के तहत तमिलनाडु से श्री ई. वेंकटचलम , निवास # 19 , वल्लियामल स्ट्रीट, किल्पॉक, चेन्नई-600010 के स्थान पर श्री एम. मोहम्मद गनी पुत्र श्री मोहम्मद अली, निवासी मकान नं. 210 सी, जी. एन. टी. रोड़, सांता निलयम, गुम्मोडीपूंडी, गुम्मीपुंडी ताल्लुक, तिरूवल्लूर जिला, तमिलनाडु -601201 को इस्पात मंत्रालय की इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में एतद्वारा नामित किया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसद सचिवालय , योजना आयोग और भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक और इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद् के सभी सदस्यों सहित सभी राज्य सरकारों , संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रशासन , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों को उपर्युक्त संकल्प की एक प्रति संप्रेषित की जाए । 2. यह भी आदेश है कि आम जानकारी के लिए इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

Mohamed Gani S /o Shri Mohamed Ali , resident ofHouse No. 210C , GN.T. Road , Santha Nilayam, Gummidipoondi , Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu - 601201 is hereby nominated as member to the Steel Consumers ' Council of Ministry of Steel Vice Shn E. Venkatachalam resident of # 19 , Valliammal Street , Kilpauk, Chennai- 600010from Tamil Nadu under Para 7 of the Ministry of Steel Resolution of even number dated 24th March , 2006 .
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the above Resolution be communicated to all the State Governments , Union Territory Administrations , all the Ministries and the Departments of the Government of India including the Prime Minister's Office , Cabinet Secretariat , Parliament Secretariat, Planning Commission and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and all the members of the Stcei Consumers' Council .
