957 3. General Conditions:-

(i ) No re-allotment requests will be considered within a period ofone year . Leave taken during this period will not be counted for calculation of one year period for considering requests for re-allotment.

(ii) It is the officer's responsibility to send a copy ofthe charge report on assumption of charge on promoted post to APMG (Staff) CO. Bhopal for record purpose.

(iii ) If there are grievances regarding seniority or any other complaint , representations , if any, should be made within 15 days from the date of issue of this order.

(iv) A.D. ( Staff) Indore will please issue posting orders in respect ofthe officials allotted to Indore Region .

(v) Officers should be relieved within 30 days from the date of issue of posting order,

(vi ) In case, an officer is not willing to accept his promotion , his declination letter in writing should be received in C.O. Bhopal within30 days from the date of issue of posting order, failing which , it will be presumed that he has declined the promotion.

4.Vigilance/Disciplinary case , if any:-

In case of any vig./disc, case is pending against the officials , they should not be relived for posting without obtaining specific orders from this office . The official against whorn any punishment is current, they should not be promoted before expiry of currency of punishment . A report in this regard be submitted immediately.

5.Option for fixation ofpay:-

Ifthe officer who wishes to give option for choosing date for fixation ofpay under FR 22 ( 1 ) ( a) ( 1 ) should do so with in one month from the date of promotion.

The officials who have been granted second financial up- gradation under the scheme of ACP, are not entitled for pay fixation on promotion to ASP Cadre .
