सा.का.नि. 189.-राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केंद्रीय मत्स्य उद्योণ तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान फोरमैन ( ड्रिल ) भर्ती नियम , 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय मत्स्यउद्योग तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान फोनमैन ( दिल ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. केंद्रीय मत्स्यउद्योग तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान फोरमैन (ड्रिल) भर्ती नियम, 2007 की अनुसूची में, स्तंभ 13 की मद ( iv ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों कालोप किया जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 189. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following amendment in the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Foreman (Drilling) Recruitment Rules , 2007 , namely:-
1.(1) These rules may be called the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery , Foreman ( Drilling) Recruitment Amendment Rules , 2008 ,
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

१. नियनों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय मत्स्य उद्यान तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान की सहायक भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम 2008 (2) थे राजपन्न में उनके प्रकाशन की नारीर को प्रकृन होंगे। 2. केंद्रांद मल्लल राग तरी इंजीनियो संस्थान, फोन्ट सहायक और भर्ती नियम , 2007 को अनुसूची में म्ांग को यह उससे संबंधित प्रविधि का लांच किया जाएगा।

GS.R. 190. In exercise of the powers conferre by the prosiset article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following amendment to the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery , jeld Assistant Recriniinment Rules . 2007 , namels:
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, Field Assistant Recruitment Amendment Rules , 2008 .
(2) They shall come into force on the dare of their publication in the Onicial Gazette .
2. In the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery. Field Assistant Recruitment Rules . 2007. in the Schedule, un column 13. item ( iv) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted .

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. केंद्रीय मत्स्यज्यांग तटीय इंजीनियरी संस्थान फेरी मशीन आपरेटर भर्ती नियम , 2007 की अनुसूची में, स्तंभ 13 की मद ( iv ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों कालोप किया जाए ।।।

2. in the Central Institute of Coastal Engineering for Fishery, ( Poon) Recruitinent Rules, 2007, in the Schedule, in column 13 , item ( iv) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
