" जे.पी. सूचना प्रांचों नोएडा को समविश्वविद्यालय के रूप में जारी रखने का अनुनाद प्रदान करती है बशर्ते कि वह निम्नलिखित पूरी करत. होः
(ग ) संगति में नित मास्दों को " संसद महस्व भत्ता एवं पेंशन) अधिनियम 1954 के प्रावधानों एवं किर गए संशोधन अधीन बनाए गए नियम भনা तथा दैनिक दिन्न ।
(1) पांचक के पश्चात विशेष समिति सहयोग से विश्वविद्यालय अनुताद्वारा जे.पी. सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान को प्रगति और कार्यनिष्का की भक्षा की जाएगी और जे. पी. सूचनः प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, विश्वग्द्यिालय' का स्तर उक्त विशेषज्ञ समोश्रः कथा विश्वद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सिफनिहित होन।।
