General Statutory Rules ( Including Orders , Bye -laws etc. of a general character) issued by the Ministries ofthe Government of India (other than the Ministry of Defence ) and by the Central Authority (other than the Administrations ofUnion Territories)

सा.का.नि. 202.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 3009 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग सहायक अधीक्षक ( टेलीफोन ) समूह ' ख' पद भर्ती नियम, 2002 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग सहायक अधीक्षक ( टेलीफोन ) समूह ' ख ' पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2008 है 1
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग सहायक अधीक्षक ( टेलीफोन ) समूह ' ख ' पद भर्ती नियम, 2002 की अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी , जाएगी अर्थात्

धनिवृक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक सौवन्ट भः है । वा आमेलनः
राज्यक्षेत्रों वा पब्लिक संक्टर उपक्रमों
पंडीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ
अर्द्ध सरकारी या कानूनी या स्वशासः संनों वा स्थानीय निकायों के अधीन एएं अधिकारी:-
क) ( i ) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में निमित आधार पर सदृश पत्र श्रारण किनाहुआ है; या
जिन्होंने मूल काडर या विभाग में 500stino रुपए या समतुल्य कं वतनमान में नियमित आधार पर उस पद पर नियुक्ति के पश्वात् उस श्रेणी में तीन वर्ष सेवा को : और
(ख) जो निम्नलिखित शैक्षिक अर्हताएं और अनुभव रखते हों : -
(i ) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड या संस्थान से दुरसंचार या इलेक्ट्रानिक्स में तीन वर्ष को
अधि का इंजीनियरी में डिप्लोमा या समतुल्य या
(ii ) दूरसंचार या इलेक्ट्रानिक्स में औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान प्रमाणपत्र या राष्ट्रीय ययायिक प्रशिक्षण परिषद् से दूरसंचार या इन्लैक्ट्रानिक्स में प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम के माथ ई.पी.ए.बी.एक्स. ई.पी.ए.एक्स. के अनुरक्षण और मरम्मत का तीन वर्ष का अनुभव , इसों केबलिंग कार्य और पुश्वटन टेलीफोन यंत्रों की फ्रंटलाइन मरम्पत भी है ।
टिप्पण : केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकागं या संघ राज्यक्षेत्र सरकारों के अधिकारी प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) या आयलन आध्धार पर 937 भारत का राजपत्र नवम्बर 22 , 2008/ अग्रहायण , 1930

नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किए जाने के लिए अर्हक होंगे । पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रमों या अर्द्धसरकारी या कानूनी या स्वशासी संगठनों या स्थानीय निकायों में कार्यरत अधिकारी पद पर आमेलन आधार पर नियुक्ति के लिए अर्हक नहीं होंगे ।
[प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) की अवधि , जिसके अन्तर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार के किसी अन्य संगठन विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से ठीक पहले धारित किसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) की अवधि है, साधारणतया तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । ]
प्रतिनियुक्ति ( जिसके अंतर्गत अल्पकालिक संविदा भी है ) या आमेलन पर नियुक्ति के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी ।
यदि विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति है , तो उसकी संरचना
भर्ती करने में किन परिस्थितियों में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श किया जाएगा

G.S.R. 202. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Union Public Service Commission Assistant Superintendent ( Telephones ) Group 'B ' post Recruitment Rules , 2002 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Union Public Service Commission Assistant Superintendent ( Telephones ) Group 'B' post Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2008.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Union Public Service Commission Assistant Superintendent (Telephones ) Group 'B ' post Recruitment Rules , 2002, for the Schedule , the folowing Schedule shall be substituted, namely :--

Note : TheOfficers of the Centralemment or the State Government Union Territory Government hall be eligble for appointment on deputation (including short term contractor absorption basis. Officer working in Public sector under takings or Semi -Government or Statut ωτ Αυτοποπιους organizations or locar bodies shall not be eligible for appointment to the post on absorption basis .
[Period of deputation ( including short - term contract ) including period of deputation ( including short term contract ) in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment or some other organisations Departmem of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years .
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation ( including short- term contract ) or absorption shall notbe exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications .
