MINISTRY OF DEFENCE New Delhi , the 10th November , 2008 रक्षा मंत्रालय नई दिल्ली, 10 नवम्बर , 2008 का.नि.आ. 92.- राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर अधिनियम , 1948 (1948 का 31 ) की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और ( 1 ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा श्री मुकुट मिथी , संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) की नियुक्ति राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर की केन्द्रीय सलाहकार समिति के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है तथा इसके लिए भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित का.नि.आ. 76 ( अ) , दिनांक10 अक्तूबर, 1983 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है; नामतः :-
S.R.O. 92. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections ( 1 ) and ( 1A) of Section 12 of the National Cadet Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948 ) the Central Government hereby notifies the appointment of Shri Mukut Mithi , Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) as Member of the Central Advisory Committee for the National Cadet Corps and for that purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence SRO No. 76(E), dated the 10th October , 1983 , as amended from time to time, as follows , namely :---
उक्त अधिसूचना में , " धारा 12 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (1 ) के तहत " शीर्षक के अधीन प्रविष्टि ( 13 ) , के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी; नामतः
Inthe said Notification, under the heading, "Under clause ( i) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 12" , for the entry ( 13), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:----
" ( 13 ) श्री मुकुट. मिथी , संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा) 27 अक्तूबर, 2008 से 26 अक्तूबर , 2009 तक की अवधि के लिए निर्वाचित । "
"( 13) Shri Mukut Mithi , Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) electedwith effect from the 27th October, 2008 upto 26thOctober, 2009. "
