सं. 11011/5/2004- हि.का.क. इस विभाग के दिनांक 22 नवम्बर, 2005 के संकल्प से, 11011 /5/ 2004-हि.का.क. के अनुक्रम में , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ( वित्तीय सेवा विभाग सहित ) की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति का कार्यकाल 22 नवम्बर, 2008 से 6 माह की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , प्रधानमंत्री सचिवालय , मंत्रिमण्डल सचिवालय, लोकसभा सचिवालय , राज्यसभा सचिवालय , संसदीय राजभाषा समिति, योजना आयोग, नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक का कार्यालय तथा भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों एवं विभागों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को आम जानकारी की लिए भारत के राजसत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं.कं -12012/5 / 13/2008- पी एण्ड आर भारत सरकार ने संकल्प संख्या के 12012/ 5 /16/2006 - पी एण्ड आर दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के द्वारा 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए पुर्नगठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड की अवधि को बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है ।
2. संकल्प संख्या के 12012/ 5 / 16/2006-पी एण्ड आर दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2008 के क्रम में बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष ने पुर्नगठित बोर्ड की अवधि की आगामी आदेशों तक अथवा दो वर्षों को अवधि के लिए, जो भी कम हो, के लिए बढ़ाने की अब स्वीकृति दे दी है ।
3. इस संकल्प की तिथि तक पुर्नगठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में अध्यक्ष, सदस्य सचिव सहित 24 सरकारी सदस्यों तथा दो उपाध्यक्षों सहित 61 गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को शामिल करते हुए बोर्ड की संख्या 86 सदस्य है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति सभी संबंधितों को प्रेषित की जाए तथा इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं. के-12012/5/16/2006- पो एण्ड आर संकल्प सं. 12012/5/ 16 / 2006-पी एण्ड आर, दिनांक 06.10.2008 द्वारा पुर्नगठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड की अवधि को 2 वर्षों के लिए अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी कम हो, के लिए बढ़ाया गया था । भारत सरकार ने श्री सिरीराम भग्गो, एफए -137, मानसरोवर गार्डन, नई दिल्ली -110015 को नए गैर- सरकारो सदस्य के रूप में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है जबकि संकल्प दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर, 2008 एवं संकल्प दिनांक 7 अक्तूचर, 2008 के द्वारा वश्चित समयावधि में मौजूदा अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के सभी सरकारी एवं गैर- सरकारी सदस्य यथावत बने रहेंगे ।
उपरोक्त सदस्य को शामिल करते हुए पुर्नगठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में अध्यक्ष, सदस्य सचिव सहित 24 सरकारी सदस्यों तथा 66 गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को शामिल करते हुए बोर्ड की वर्तमान संख्या 91 सदस्यहो जाएगी ।
तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।

बोर्ड के कार्य की सलाहकार होगा । यह भरकार और 'भारतीय खान ब्यूरो, दोनों को देवोर्ड, सरकार के साथ सीधा पत्र-व्यवहार भाग 1- खण्ड । ]
करने के लिए स्वतंत्र होगा । भारतीय खान ब्यूरो बोर्ड को सचिवालय प्रदान करेगा । बोर्ड अपनी कार्य प्रणाली , नियम और प्रक्रियाएं स्वयं तैयार करेगा परन्तु सरकार की अपेक्षा होगी कि इसकी वर्ष में दो बैठक अवश्य हो । बोर्ड के कार्य निम्नत्रत् होंगे : --

1. आगामी वर्ष के कार्यकलापों के कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा करना और सलाह देना ।
2. भारतीय खान ब्यूरो के प्रस्तावों तथा वार्षिक और पंचवर्षीय योजना की समीक्षा करना और सलाह देना ।
3. भारतीय खान ब्यूरो द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में किए गए कार्यों के बारे में सूचित करना ।
4. प्रबंधन सूचना और प्रबंधन लेखा की पद्धतियों पर सलाह देना ।

The sctim of the reconstituted Al Handicralis Board was extended for a period of two years , or till further orders , which is carlier, vide Resolution No. 1201 51 2006 - P & R dated 6th October 2008. Whereas with a viewto strengthening the links between Indian Bureau of Mines and the various organisations interested in or connected with the function of the Indian Bureau of Mines to enable the CGovernment to have objective appraisal of the effectiveness ofthe working ofthe Indian Bureau ofMines and of the way's and means by which its utility and effectiveness can be continually enhanced, the Indian Bureau of Mines Review Committee, in its Report submitted in December , 1979 had recommended the formation of an Advisory Board for Indian Bureau of Mines . Accordingly the Central Governinent vide its Resolution No. 23012/99 /80 -M . V1 dated the 12th January , 1981 constituted an Advisory Board for Indian Bureau of Mines.

Thefunctions of its Hoard will be advisory in character. It will advise both the Indian Bureau of Mines and the Government, TheBoard will be at liberty to correspond directly with Government . The Indian Bureau of Mines will provide the Secretariat ofthe Board.'The Board should devise its own working rules and procedures but the Government would expect it to meet at least twice a year. The functions of the Board will be as follows :--
