Any person having any observations on the proposed amendment to the Byelaws can send the same in writing to the undersigned at the Exchange Plaza , C - 1 , Block G, Bandra Kurla Complex , Bandra ( East ) , Mumbai -400051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette . The observations received after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the draft amendment will be taken for consideration.
(1) Insertion of following Byelaw as Byelaw ( 17A) after Byelaw ( 17) in Chapter IX of NSEIL Byelaws .

(17A) In case of default by a trading member to the Exchange arising out of the positions in one or more trading segments , the relevant authority shall be entitled to close- out the positions of a trading member in any or all trading segments.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 497 of The Companies Act, 1956 that a General meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at 405, Savitri Cinema Commercial Complex , DLF Centre, Greater Kailash , Part- II , New Delhi - 110048 on the Monday, the 19th day of January, 2009 at 11.00 O'clock in the morning for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator and also of determining by a special resolution of the company, the manner in which the books , accounts and the documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.
