सं. आर.ओ./अध्यादेश/08--सर्वसंबंधित की जानकारी के लिए अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि जामिया मिल्लिया इस्लामिया के कुलाध्यक्ष कीहैसियत से माननीया राष्ट्रपति, भारत सरकार ने विश्वविद्यालय की संविधि 2 के मौजूदा उपखण्ड ( 4 ) में दर्शाये गए शब्द ' पैंसठ ' के स्थान पर शब्द ' सत्तर ' को प्रतिस्थापित करने हेतु अपनी मंजूरी सहर्ष प्रदान की है जिसके तहत् कुलपति, जामिया मिल्लिया इस्लामिया की अधिवर्षिता आयु 65 वर्ष से बढ़कर 70 वर्ष हो जायेगी ।
[मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ( उच्च शिक्षा विभाग ) के दिनांक 28 मार्च, 2009 के पत्र सं. एफ-6-8/2008-डेस्क ( यू) के अनुसार ) ।
अनीसुर रहमान कुलसचिव सं. 52-यू/ 15/15/01/07- हितलाभ-1--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (साधारण ) विनियम, 1950 के विनियम 105 के अधीन निगम की शक्तियां महानिदेशक को प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम कीदिनांक 25 अप्रैल 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गये संकल्प के अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक ने फाईल सं. यू-13/ 12/ 13/2005- पी टी एम आर ( चिकित्सा -1 ) दिनांक 04.08.2008 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपे जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डाक्टर को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रामिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो , को राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त, आंध्र प्रदेश द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्य परीक्षा करने तथा मूल प्रमाण- पत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण- पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करता हूं: --

जामिया मिल्लिया इस्लामिया अधिनियम 1988 की धारा ( 24 ) की उपधारा (3 ) के अन्तर्गत निहित अपनी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ( उच्च शिक्षा विभाग ) द्वारा प्रेषित पत्र क्र. एम -66/2008 डेस्क- ( यू) दिनांक 09.06.2008 के अनुसार, संविधि 20 ( 3 ) के प्रावधान के अनुरूप एक नये विभाग के समावेश के लिए संविधि -20 के मौजूदा खण्ड ( 3 ) में संशोधन/परिवर्तन हेतु अपनी अनुमति सहर्ष प्रदान की है।

her capacity as the Visitor of Jamia Millia Islamia , exercising ofthe power vested in her by Sub - section (3 ) of Section (24) of Jamia Millia Islamia Act 1988 , has been pleased to accord her assent for amendment/ addition to the existing Clause (3 ) of the Statute -20 for addition of a new Department as per the provision of Statute 20(3 ) as conveyed by MHRD (Deptt . ofHigher Education) vide their letter No. F. 6-6/2008 Desk (U) dt. 09.06.2008.

This is to notify for information of all concerned that the President of India in her capacity as the Visitor of Jamia Millia Islamia has been pleased to accord her assent for substitution of the word ' sixty five ' appearing in existing Clause (4 ) of Statute 2 of the Statutes of the University by the word ' seventy' , thereby enhancing the age of superannuation of the Vice-Chancellor, Jamia Millia Islamia, to seventy years from sixty five years . [as conveyed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Deptt. of Higher Education) vide their letter No. F. 6-8 /2008- Desk ( U) dated 28th March, 2008 ] .
