सं. 11-2/2002-प्रशासन-4--इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2008 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के अधिक्रमण में , भारत सरकार एतद्वारा दिल्ली दुग्ध योजना की प्रबंधन समिति को तत्काल प्रभाव से पुनः गठित करती है । इसमें निम्न को शामिल किया जाएगा:
सं. एफ. 6-3/2007 एम.सी. राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा अनुवीक्षण समिति को पुनर्गठित करने वाले दिनांक 23.8.2007 तथा 12.11.2007 के इस समसंख्यक कार्यालय संकल्प के अनुक्रम में श्री इसहाक जामखानावाला की मृत्यु होने के परिणामस्वरूप हुई रिक्ति के स्थान पर श्री सलीम अहमद अलवारे, पत्रकार, 10 जूपिटर बिल्डिंग, भूतल, दोस्ती एस्टेट्स, एमटीवी रोड, वडाला ( ईस्ट) , मुम्बई को राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा अनुवीक्षण समिति तथा इसकी स्थायी समिति का सदस्य नामित किया जाता है । श्री सलीम अहमद अलवारे का कार्यकाल 6 अगस्त, 2010 तक होगा ।

2. Functions of the Samiti
(b) Travelling Allowance and Daily Allownce to otrher Non -Official Members of the Samiti will be paid as per guidelines contained in the Department of Official Language's Office Memorandum No. II/ 22034/04/86- O.L . (A- 2) dated 22.1.1987 and in accordance with the prescribed rates and rules of the Government of India as amended from time to time .
ORDER
The functions of the Smiti will be to render advice to the Department of Road Transport & Highways with regard to increase in the progressive use of Hindi in official work and the implementation of the provisions of Official Language Policy as contained in the Constitution , Official Languages Act and Rules , Policy decisions of the Kendriya Hindi Samiti and instructions issued by the Department of Official Language from time to time.
3. Tenure of the Samiti
The tenure of the Samiti will be ordinarily three years from the date of its constitution provided that :-
Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations , all the Ministries and Departments of the Government of India , President Secretariat , Prime Minister's Office , Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Parliament Affairs , Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat , Planning Commission , Election Commission of India, Parliamentary Committee on Official Langugage , Union Public Service Commission and Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
(a) a member , who is a Member of Parliament , shall cease to be a member of the Samiti as soon as he ceases to be Member of Parliament ;
Ordered also that this Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information .
SAROJ KUMAR DASH (b) the representatives of Committee of the Parliament on Official Language shall cease to be the members of the Samiti as soon as they cease to be the mernbers of Parliament .
