अनुभाग अधिकारी के रूप में प्रोन्नति पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर है तथा इससे उन्हें अनिश्चित काल तक इस ग्रेड में कार्यरत रहने अथवा अनुभाग अधिकारी के पद पर कोई वरिष्ठता प्राप्त करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा ।
