नियम-5 : उपदान की राशि
देय उपदान की राशि किसी भी दशा में 3.50 लाख रुपये ( तीन लाख पचास हजार रुपये ) से अधिक नहीं होगी। देय उपदान की राशि किसी भी दशा में 10.00 लाख रुपये ( दस लाख रुपये ) से अधिक नहीं होगी ।
नियम 6 : उपदान के उद्देश्यार्थ नियम 6 उपदान के उद्देश्यार्थ परिलब्धियां परिलब्धियां सं. बँपविवि सं. आरईटी बीसी. सं. 102/ 12.01.001 / 2008-2009-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 की धारा 42 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा 03 नवंबर 2008 की पूर्व अधिसूचना बैंपविवि.सं. आरईटी बीसी . 70/12.01.001 / 2008-2009 में आंशिक संशोधिन करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करता है कि 17 जनवरी 2009 से आरंभ होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक द्वारा रखा जाने वाला औसत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात ( सीआरआर ) 50 आधार अंकों की कटौती के साथ उनकी निवल मांग तथा मियादी देयताओं ( एनडीटीएल ) का 5.00 प्रतिशत होगा ।

सभी प्रकार के उपदान की गणना किये जाने हेतु शब्द' परिलब्धियों ' का अर्थ संशोधित वेतन ढांचे में मूलवेतन, निर्धारित वेतन बैंड में ड्रा किया गया वेतन एवं लागू ग्रेड वेतन होगा परन्तु अन्य किसी प्रकार का कोई वेतन , जैसे विशेष वेतन आदि, शामिल नहीं होगा । त्यागपत्र/ सेवानिवृत्ति/मृत्यु की तारीख को लागू मंहगाई भत्ता भी, ' परिलब्धियां' माना जाता रहेगा।
सभी प्रकार के उपदान की गणना किये जाने हेतु शब्द' परिलब्धियों ' का अर्थ मौलिक नियम. - 9 ( 21 ) ( क ) ( i ) में उल्लिखित अनुसार कर्मचारी द्वारा उसके त्यागपत्र या सेवानिवृत्ति अथवा मृत्यु से पूर्व प्राप्त किया जा रहा मूलवेतन होगा । त्यागपत्र/सेवानिवृत्ति/मृत्यु की तारीख को लागू महंगाई वेतन सहित महंगाई भत्ता भी, यदि कोई हो तो , परिलब्धियां माना जायेगा ।
उपर्युक्त संशोधन 1.1.2006 से प्रभावी होंगे ।

In exercise ofthe powers conferred under the sub - section ( 1 ) of Section42 ofthe Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and in partial modification of the earlier notification DBOD . No. Ret. BC . 70/ 12.01.001 /2008- 2009 dated November 03 , 2008 , the Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that the average Cash Reserve Ratio ( CRR ) required to be maintained by every Scheduled Commercial Bank shall stand reduced by 50 basis points to 5.00 per cent of its net demand and time liabihties , trom the fortnight beginning January 17, 2009 .

No. NCDC: 1-2.82 - Admn.-- The Board of Management ofNCDC in its 164th meeting held on December 23. 2008 has approved amendment to NCDC Gratuity Rules , 1970 as under:

The amount of gratuity payable shall , in no case exceed Rs . 3.50 lakh (Rupees Three Lakh and Fifty Thousand ) .
The amount of gratuity payable shall, in no case exceed Rs. 10.00 lakh (Rupees Ten Lakh) .
Rule- 6 : Emoluments for the purpose of gratuity :

The term' ernoluments ' for calculating gratuity shall mean basic pay as defined FR - 9 ( 21 ) ( a ) ( i ) , which the employee was receiving immediately before his resignation or retirement or on the date of death . DA admissible including DP, if any, as admis- sible on the date of resignation/ retirement death shall also be treated as emoluments .
The term' emoluments ' for the purpose of calculating all kinds ofgratuity shall mean basic pay in the revised pay structure , the pay drawn in the prescribed Pay Band plus applicable Grade Pay but does not include any other type of pay like Special Pay, etc. DA admissible on the date of resignation / retirement/death shall also continue to be treated as 'emoluments' .
The above amendments shall be effective from 1.1.2006.
