सं. 1/6/2008-सी.टी.- II-वर्तमान आदेश के आंशिक संशोधन में सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने श्री धर्मपाल सिंह चौधरी , बंगला नं . 72 , जिमखाना के समीप , सैक्टर -19 , गांधीनगर, 382019 को तत्काल प्रभाव से कपास सलाहकार बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है । संकल्प
2. कपास सलाहकार बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन के संबंध में दिनांक 25.06.2008 की अधिसूचना सं. 1/6/2008- सी.टी.- II ऊपर उल्लिखित सीमा तक संशोधित हो गई है ।
3. पुनर्गठित बोर्ड के सदस्य दिनांक 24.6.2010 तक बोर्ड में बने रहेंगे ।
4. आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना की प्रति सभी संबंधित व्यक्तियों को भेजी जाए ।
5. यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं. के-12012/5/ 16/ 2008 /पीएण्डआर/ 1316--पुनर्गठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड की अवधि को संकल्प सं. के. - 12012/ 5/16/2006/पीएण्डआर , दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर, 2008 द्वारा अगले 2 वर्षों के लिए अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, बढ़ाया गया था । भारत सरकार ने अब श्री महासुखलाल भगवानदास मेहता, खादिया चार रास्ता एट एण्ड पो. ऑफिस, ज़िला सबरकंथा, गुजरात को अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के गैर सरकारी सदस्य के रूप में शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है जबकि संकल्प दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर, 2008 , संकल्प दिनांक 7 अक्तूबर, 2008, 22 अक्तूबर, 2008 , 24 अक्तूबर, 2008 , 29 अक्तूबर, 2008 , 6 नवम्बर, 2008, 12 नवम्बर, 2008 एवं 26 नवम्बर, 2008 , 18 दिसम्बर, 2008 एवं 29 दिसम्बर, 2008 के द्वारा वर्धित समयावधि में मौजूदा अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के सभी सरकारी एवं गैर - सरकारी सदस्य यथावत बने रहेंगे ।

संकल्प
अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के गैर सरकारी सदस्य के रूप में श्री महासुखलाल भगवान दास मेहता को शामिल करते हुए पुनर्गठित अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड में अध्यक्ष, सदस्य सचिव सहित 24 सरकारी सदस्यों तथा 74 गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को शामिल करते हुए बोर्ड की वर्तमान संख्या 99 सदस्य हो जाएगी ।
तथापि, दिनांक 8 सितम्बर, 2006 के संकल्प में दर्ज अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें वही रहेंगी तथा उनमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।
सं. 48-40/2008- भेड़ इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 23 फरवरी, 2004 के संकल्प संख्या 48-88/ 95 भेड़ के अधिक्रमण में भारत सरकार ने भेड़, बकरी तथा खरगोश के विकास के लिए केन्द्रीय सलाहकार समिति का तत्काल प्रभाव से चार वर्षों की अवधि के लिए पुनर्गठन करने का निर्णय लिया है ।

( ii ) छोटे जुगाली करने वाले पशुओं के चालू अनुसंधान और विकास क्रियाकलापों की समीक्षा तथा समन्वय करना तथा ऐसी प्रौद्योगिकियों को अपनाने तथा फार्म और फील्ड परिस्थितयों में उनके विस्तार के प्रभावशाली उपयोग के लिए तौर- तरीके सुझाना, 11. निदेशक , पशुपालन निदेशालय , राजस्थान सरकार, पशुधन भवन, टाँक रोड, जयपुर ( राजस्थान )
(iii ) भेड़, बकरी और खरगोश तथा इनके उत्पादों के विपणन को सुविधाजनक बनाना,

(v) कोई और अन्य कार्य जो समय - समय पर समिति को सौंपा जाए । राज्य ऊन बोडौं निगमों के प्रबंध निदेशक ( दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए 2 )

4. समिति की बैठक आविधिक रूप से उस समय और उस स्थान पर होगी जो अध्यक्ष निश्चित करेगा । क्रम संख्या 12 एवं 13 के सदस्यों का कार्यकाल पहले दो वर्ष का होगा तथा क्रम संख्या 14 एवं 15 के सदस्यों का कार्यकाल शेष दो वर्षों के लिए होगा । उसी प्रकार क्रम संख्या 16 एवं 17 पर दिखाए राज्य ऊन बोडौँ/निगमों के प्रबंध निदेशक पहले दो वर्षों के लिए सदस्य होंगे तथा क्रम संख्या 18 एवं 19 में दिखाए गए का कार्यकाल शेष दो वर्षों के लिए होगा ।

2. समिति के कार्य :
समिति का काम , सरकारी कामकाज में हिन्दी के प्रगामी प्रयोग को बढ़ाने के साथ- साथ संविधान , राजभाषा अधिनियम और नियमों में उल्लिखित राजभाषा से संबंधित प्रावधानों, केन्द्रीय हिन्दी समिति के नीतिगत निर्णयों और राजभाषा विभाग द्वारा समय - समय पर जारी किए गए आदेशों के कार्यान्वयन के संबंध में सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग को सलाह देना है ।

3. कार्यकाल :
समिति का कार्यकाल सामान्यतः समिति के गठन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन तीन वर्ष का होगा ,
(क ) जो सांसद इस समिति के सदस्य हैं, वे सांसद न रहने पर इस समिति के भी सदस्य नहीं रहेंगे;
(ख) संसदीय राजभाषा समिति के जो प्रतिनिधि इस समिति के सदस्य है, वे संसद सदस्य न रहने पर इस समिति के भी सदस्य नहीं रहेंगे;
(ग ) समिति के पदेन सदस्य उस समय तक सदस्य बने रहेंगे जब तक कि वे अपने उन पदों पर है जिनके नाते वे इस समिति के सदस्य हैं; और
(घ ) यदि किसी सदस्य के त्याग - पत्र देने, मृत्यु हो जाने आदि के कारण समिति में कोई स्थान रिक्त होता है तो उसके स्थान पर नियुक्त किए गए सदस्य का कार्यकाल समिति की तीन वर्ष की शेष अवधि तक ही होगा ।
4. सामान्य :
समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा किन्तु इस समिति की बैठक दिल्ली से बाहर भी हो सकेगी
5. यात्रा भत्ते एवं अन्य भत्ते
राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 03.02.2006 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं.- II/20034/ 4/2005- रा. भा. ( नीति-2 ) के अनुसार समिति के गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को यात्रा भत्तों एवं अन्य भत्तों का भुगतान निम्नानुसार किया जाएगा : --
(क ) समिति में नामित सांसदों को " संसद सदस्य ( वेतन, भत्ता एवं पेंशन ) अधिनियम , 1954 " के प्रावधानों एवं समय- समय पर जारी किए गए संशोधनों तथा उनके अधीन बनाए बए नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता एवं दैनिक भत्ता दिया जाएगा !
(ख) समिति के अन्य गैर - सरकारी सदस्यों को राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 1987 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं.- II/22034/4/86- रा.भा. ( क-2 ) में निहित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप और भारत सरकार द्वारा समय - समय पर संशोधित निर्धारित दरों एवं नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता तथा दैनिक भत्ता देय होगा ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों /संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासनों , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों , राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय, लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय, योजना आयोग , भारत के निर्वाचन आयोग , संसदीय राजभाषा समिति , संघ लोक सेवा आयोग और भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को जन- साधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

No. K- 12012/ 5/ 16/2008 -P& R/ 1316 .The term of the reconstituted All India Handicrafts Board (AIHB) was extended for a period of two years , or till further orders , whichever is earlier , vide Resolution No. K- 12012/ 5/16/ 2006-P& R dated 6th October, 2008. The Government of India has now decided to induct Shri Mahasukhlal Bhagvandas Mehta , Khadiya Char Rasta AT & PO Malpur Distt . Sabarkantha, Gujarat as Non-Official Member of the AIHB , while retaining all officials and non official members of the existing AIHB extended term vide Resolution dated 6th October 2008 , Resolutions dated 7th October 2008 , 22nd October 2008 , 24th October 2008 , 29th October 2008 , 6th November 2008 , 12th November 2008 , 26th November 2008 , 18th December 2008 & 29th December 2008 .
With the above inclusion of Shri Mahasukhlal Bhagvandas Mehta as Non - Official Member of AIHB , the present strength ofthe Board shall be 99 Members , comprising of Chairman , 24 Official Members , including Member Secretary and 74 Non - Official Members , in the reconstituted All India Handicrafts Board .
All other terms and conditions recorded in the Resolution dated 08th September 2006 will , however, remain the same and unchanged .

2. Functions of the Samiti

The functions of the Samiti will be to render advice to the Department of Road Transport & Highways with regard to increase in the progressive use of Hindi in official work and the implementation of the provisions of Official Language policy as contained in the Constitution Official Languages Act and Rules , policy decisions of the Kendriya Hindi Samiti and instructions issued by the Department of Official Language from time to time .
2. Tenure of the Samiti
