आ. अ. 16.-भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के, तारीख 7 अप्रैल , 2008 के आदेश संख्या 76/उ.प्र.वि.स./2007 के साथ संलग्न सारणी केस्तम्भ 1 से 5 में, क्रम संख्या 41 में विनिर्दिष्ट श्री परमोद कुमार से सम्बन्धित शब्द एवं अंकों को हटा दिया जाये । इसके बाद की प्रविष्टियों की क्रम संख्या स्वतः ही परिवर्तित मानी जायेगी ।
