( वि.वि. )-- विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय, विधायी विभाग के सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने, श्री रामावतार यादव का सहायक विधायी परामर्शी ( भारतीय विधि सेवा का ग्रेड- IV ) के पद से दिया गया तकनीकी त्याग- पत्र दिनांक 02 मार्च, 2009 की पूर्वाह्न से स्वीकार कर लिया है । श्री रामावतार यादव को कथित दिनांक से, अपने मूल विभाग , अर्थात् अभियोजन निदेशालय , राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली में प्रत्यावर्तित किया जाता है ।

2. विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय, विधायी विभाग में दिनांक 16 नवम्बर , 2007 से 1 मार्च, 2009 तक सहायक विधायी परामर्शी के पद पर श्री रामावतार यादव द्वारा की गई अस्थायी सेवा, उन्हें इस विभाग में इस पद पर पुनर्ग्रहणाधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी ।
