(क) आरंभ में संस्थागत कारोवार के लिए क्रास मार्जिन सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी ।
(ख) नगदी बाजार में ऐसी स्थिति के लिए क्रास मार्जिन सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी जिनकी स्टॉक भविष्य बाजार में तदनुरूप ऑफ सीटे स्थिति है ।
(ग) नगदी बाजार में स्थितियों के लिए जिनकी स्टॉक भविष्य में तदनुरूप ऑफ सैटिंग स्थिति है, कैश मार्केट स्थित्तियों पर ऑफ सेटिंग स्टॉक भविष्य बाजार की स्थिति की सीमा तक VaR मार्जिन उद्गृहीत नहीं किया जाएगा ।

१. पारबती - ॥ एचईपी ( एच.पी. ) से कोल्दम ( एचपी ) के बीच दो सिंगल सर्किट ४०० के वी ट्रांसमिशन लाइंस , जिनकी अनुमानित लाइन लंबाई क्रमशः ७८.५ और ७५ किमी. होगी
२. कोल्दम एचईपी ( एच.पी. ) से लुधियाना सब स्टेशन ( पंजाब ) के बीच ४०० के वी डबल सर्किट ट्रांसमिशन लाइन , जिनकी अनुमानित लाइन लंबाई १५० किमी. होगी.
उपरोक्त ट्रांसमिशन लाइंस प्रत्येक ८०० मे.वा. की स्थापित क्षमता के साथ क्रमशः पारबती ।। हाइड्रो इलेक्ट्रिक पॉवर प्रॉजेक्ट और कोल्दम हाइड्रो इलेक्ट्रिक पॉवर प्रॉजेक्ट से पॉवर निकालेगी और उत्तरी भारत के विभिन्न लाभान्वित राज्यों में विसर्जित करेगी .
इन दोनों ट्रांसमिशन प्रकल्पों के लिए भारत सरकार/ सक्षम प्राधिकृति से स्वीकृति ली गई है. उपरोक्त ट्रांसमिशन लाइंस के निर्माण परिचालन और रखरखाव के लिए कंपनी को केंद्रीय विद्युत नियामक आयोग ( सीईआरसी ) द्वारा लायसेंस सं . ५ /ट्रांसमिशन/ सीईआरसी , दिनांक १५.० ९ .२००८ के माध्यम से लायसेंस भी मिला है .

69A ( h ) Comprehensive Risk Management Framework for the Cash market :
In order to improve the efficiency of the use of the margin capital by market participants and as an initial step towards cross margining across cash and derivatives markets , margins shall be levied on cash market positions which have off- setting stock futures positions in the derivatives market as given below:
a. Cross margin facihiy will be available initially for institutional trades .
b. Cross margin facility will be available to positions in cash market having corresponding off - setting positions in the stock futures market .
с. For positions in the cash market which have corresponding off- setting positions in the stock futures , VaR margin shall not be levied on the cash market position to the extent of the off - setting stock futures market position.
d. Extreme Loss Margin and Market to Market Margin shall continue to be levied on the entire cash market position .
e. Near month stock futures positions shall not be considered for cross margin benefit three days prior to expiry ( as currently being cross in the case of calendar spread.)
f There will be no change in the margins of the F & O positions .

Regulatory Framework of Internal Audit for stock brokers / clearing members as specified in Bye- Law no . 246B below:
246B- Internal Audit for stock brokers /clearing members
It shall be compulsory for all member stock brokers /clearing members to carry out complete internal audit on a half yearly basis by chartered accountants , company secretaries or cost and management accountants who are in practice and who do not have any conflict of interest.
Scope of the Internal Audit shall cover, interalia, the existence , scope and efficiency of the Internal Control System, compliance with the provisions of the SEBI Act, 1992 , Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act 1956, SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub -Brokers ) Regulations , 1992, circulars issued by SEBI , agreements , KYC requirements , Bye - Laws of the Exchanges , data security and insurance in respect of the operations of stock brokers/clearing members . The first such audit period should start from October 1, 2008 to March 31 , 2009 .

(A Joint Venture between Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. & PowerGrid Corporation of India Ltd. )
Complying with statutory requirements Parbati Koldam Transmission Company Limited ( PKTCL ) , a Joint Venture Company between Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and Reliance Infrastructure Limited , notifies all concerned that it has been entrusted with constructing , operating & maintaining the following Transmission Lines in the state of Himachal Pradesh & Punjab:
1. Two Single Circuit 400 kV Transmission Lines from Parbati - ll HEP ( H.P. ) to Koldam ( H.P) having approximate line lengths of 78.5 kms and 75 kms respectively,
2.400 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line from Koldam HEP ( H.P. ) to Ludhiana Sub station ( Punjab ) having an approximate line length of 150 kms.
Theabove mentioned Transmission Lines shall evacuate power from Parbati - II Hydro Electric Power Project and Koldam Hydro Electric Power Project respectively , with an installed capacity of 800 MW each and disperse for consumption amongst various beneficiary states of Northern Region .
Both these transmission projects have been accorded approval by the Government of India / Competent Authority . The Company has also been granted License by Central Electricity Regulatory Commission ( CERC ) vide its License No.5/Transmission /CERC, dated 1 5.09.2008 , for the construction , operation and maintenance of the above Transmission Lines .
The route survey for the above said lines has been carried out and optimized by PowerGrid Corporation of India Ltd. The first single circuit 400 kV Transmission Line from Parbati -II HEP to Koldam passes through following districts/major villages of Himachal Pradesh as villages Sainj , Sukari , Baltisari , Sornala , Baren , Jhandi , Thandi under district Kullu , villages Soja , Kanda , Sayanj , Pandoh, Panarsa , Banala, Gohar , Chail Chowk , Sundernagar, Panglyur, Barua , Kharsi , Naguan , Bahari , Nalini , Malieh , Banwar, Fagladhar , Siu under district Mandi and villages Bari and Sharamber under district Bilaspur.
