2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्तिडॉ. सुश्री मुकुलिता विजयवर्गीय, को अपर विधायी परामर्शी ( भारतीय विधि सेवा का ग्रेड- II ) के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्तिका हक प्रदान नहीं करेगी और न ही उनके द्वारा प्रदत्त तदर्थ सेवाओं को, उस ग्रेड में वरीयता के उद्देश्य से अथवा अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में उनकी पदोन्नति हेतु गिना जाएगा ।

2. इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से श्री एम. डी. सिद्दिकी को न तो उप विधायी परामर्शी ( प्रा.भा. ) के पद पर नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा करने का अधिकार मिलेगा और न ही उनके द्वारा तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवा वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजन से अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए गिनी जाएगी ।
