आ.अ. 28. लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 के उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग , जो कि उत्तराखंड राज्य में लोक सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के रिटर्निंग आफिसरों की सहायता के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित समय- समय पर यथा संशोधित अपनी दिनांक 9 जून , 2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या 434/3.ख. लो.स. /2008 ( 1 ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) के अंत में, स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में प्रत्येक मद के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः जोड़ी जाएंगी ।

O.N. 28. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission ofIndia hereby makes the following amendments in its Notification No. 434/UKH -HP/2008 ( 1 ) , dated 9th June 2008, as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the state of Uttarakhand namely:---
2.Inthe last of column 3 of the table appended to the said notification , after the existing entries against each of the item in column ( 1 ) , the following corresponding entries shall respectively be added.
