General Statutory Rules (Including Orders , Bye- laws etc. of a general character) issued by the Ministries of the Government of India ( other than the Ministry of Defence ) and by the Central Authority (other than the Administrations of Union Territories)

सा.का.नि. 59. संविधान की धारा 309 के पंरतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति द्वारा भारतीय सर्वेक्षण विभाग (समूह ' क' ) सेवा नियमावली , 1989 में और संशोधन करते हुए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाए जाते हैं अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को भारतीय सर्वेक्षण विभाग ( समूह ' क' ) सेवाएं ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2009 कहा जाए ।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे ।
2 अनुलग्नक -1 में भारतीय सर्वेक्षण विभाग ( समूह ' क' ) सेवाएं नियमावली , 1989 ( जिन्हें इसके बाद उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, पदों की संख्या शीर्ष के अंतर्गत , असैनिक कॉलम में, कनिष्ठ समयमान के पद ( उप अधीक्षक सर्वेक्षक ) के सामने , मौजूदा संख्या के लिए , संख्या " 42 " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
3. उपर्युक्त नियमों में , मौजूदा अनूसूची II के लिए , निम्नलिखित अनुसूची प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 59. In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President herebymakes the following rules further to amend the Survey of India ( Group ' A' ) Services Rules, 1989 , namely :-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Survey of India (Group ' A' ) Services (Amendment) Rules , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Survey of India ( Group ' A' ) Services Rules , 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules ) , in Annexure- I , against the post of Junior Time Scale (Deputy Superintending Surveyor) under the heading number of Posts , in column Civil, for the existing figure , the figure " 42 " shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules , for the existing Schedule II , the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
