सं. 29-22/2000 ( पीटी ) इस मंत्रालय के 8 अप्रैल, 2009 के समसंख्यक आदेश, जिसमें आई जी आर एम एस के निदेशक के पद हेतु भर्ती नियम अधिसूचित किए गए हैं, में आंशिक संशोधन के रूप में पूर्व अधिसूचित 7 , 8 , 10 और 12 कॉलमों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पढ़ा जाए :--

1. किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से मानव विज्ञान/पुरातत्व विज्ञान/संग्रहालय विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधिया समतुल्य ।
2. उपर्युक्त उल्लिखित किसी एक विषय में वाचस्पति (पी.एच.डी. ) की उपाधि ।
3. 10 वर्ष का प्रशासनिक अनुभव जिसमें कम से कम 5 वर्ष का अनुभव मानव - विज्ञान/ पुरातत्व विज्ञान/संग्रहालय विज्ञान में होना चाहिए । वांछनीय:
संग्रहालय प्रशासन एवं प्रबंधन में अनुभव । 10. लागू नहीं ।
12. प्रतिनियुक्ति ( अल्पकालिक संविदा सहित )
1. केन्द्र सरकार/राज्य सरकारों /संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों/स्वायत्त निकायों /सांविधिक संगठनों/विश्वविद्यालयों/मान्यताप्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्थानों के ऐसे अधिकारी जो ( क ) ( i ) नियमित आधार पर सदृश्य पद धारक हों :
या
( ii) 16,400--20,000/- रु. के वेतनमान के पद या समतुल्य पद पर दो वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो ।
या
(iii) 14,300--18,300/- रु. के वेतनमान के पद या समतुल्य पद पर तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो ।
या
(iv) 12,000--16,500/- रु. के वेतनमान के पद या समतुल्य पद पर 8 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा की हो, तथा
( ख ) कॉलम 3 के तहत सीधी भर्ती हेतु निर्धारित अर्हता तथा अनुभव धारक हो ।

विषय: -- हिन्दी में मौलिक पुस्तक लिखने के लिए " केन्द्रीय विद्युत पुस्तक लेखन पुरस्कार योजना "
सं.12015/1/2001-हिंदी-इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 14 नवम्बर, 2003 के संकल्प सं. 12015/ 1 /2001- हिंदी के अनुक्रम में इस योजना के अन्तर्गत इस वर्ष ( कैलेंडर वर्ष 2009 ) से पुरस्कारों की राशि बढ़ा दी गई है जो इस प्रकार से है :--
1. प्रथम पुरस्कार
50,000/- रु . से बढ़ाकर 60,000/- रु.
2. द्वितीय पुरस्कार 30,000/- रु . से बढ़ाकर 40,000/- रु.
3. तृतीय पुरस्कार 20,000/- रु. से बढ़ाकर 25,000/- रु.
10,000/- रु.
4. सांत्वना पुरस्कार
2. तदनुसार उपर्युक्तदिनांक 14 नवम्बर, 2003 के संकल्प सं. का पैरा 4 संशोधित समझा जाए ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासनों , भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों, विभागों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, योजना आयोग , भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक, लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिालय को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सार्वजनिक सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
