2. लागू होना ये नियम इन नियमों संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ-1 में विनिर्दिष्ट पद पर लागू होंगे ।

6. क्या सी.सी.एस. ( पें शन) नियम, 1972 के नियम 30 के अंतर्गत सेवा के संबंधित वर्षोंका लाभ अनुमत्य है

7.सीधी भर्ती के लिए आयु सीमा

3. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान पद की संख्या, इसका वर्गीकरण और उनसे जुडे वेतनमान यहां संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) से (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट जैसे ही होंगे ।

अधिकतम 25 वर्ष ( केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी अनुदेशों अथवा आदेशों के अनुसार सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए 40 वर्ष तक कीछूट)

4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु सीमा , योग्यताएं इत्यादि- उक्त पद से संबंधित भर्ती का तरीका, आयु सीमा, योग्यता और अन्य मामले उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (5 ) से ( 14 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट जैसे ही होंगे ।

5. अयोग्यता-जिस व्यक्ति ने

(क) जैसे व्यक्ति के साथ विवाह अथवा विवाह का करार किया हो जिसकी जीवित पत्नी/पति है, अथवा

(ख ) स्वयं की जीवित पत्नी / पति के होते हुए किसी व्यक्ति से या विवाह का करार किया किया हो

तो वह उक्त पद पर नियुक्ति का पात्र नही होगा / होगी ।

नोट : भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तारीख ही आयु सीमा गणना कीतारीख भी होगी ( अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह तथा लक्ष्यद्वीप के अभयर्थियों को छोड़कर ) रोजगार कार्यालय के माध्यम से की गई भर्ती के मामले में, आयु सीमा गणना की तारीख वही होगी जिस तारीख तक रोजगार कार्यालय को नाम भेजने का कहा जाता है।

अनिवार्य:

( i ) मोटर कार हेतु वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होनी चाहिए ।

8. सीधी भर्ती के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षिक योग्यताएं

बशर्ते कि केन्द्र सरकार यदि इस बावत संतुष्ट है कि विवाह ऐसे व्यक्ति और विावह के दूसरे पक्ष पर लागू होने वाले व्यक्तिगत के अंतर्गत अनुमत्य है और ऐसा करने के अन्य आधार भी हैं , तो किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस नियम के लागू होने से छूट दे सकती है ।

वांछनीय :

( i ) होम गार्ड/ सिविल वालंटियरों के रूप में 3 वर्ष की सेवा का अनुभव ।

नोट : यदि चयन के किसी भी चरण में सक्षम प्रधिकारी का यह मत हो कि पर्याप्त संख्या में अभ्यर्थी इनके लिए आरक्षित रिक्तियों के भरने के लिए उपलटध नहीं है तो सक्षम प्राधिकारी अनुसूचित जातियों और अनुसूचित जनजातियों के मामले में अनुभव के संबंध में योग्यता में छूट देने का अधिकार है ।

सं.6-12/2007 प्रशा. केन्द्रीय मत्स्य नौचालन एवं इंजीनियरी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में गियर तकनीशियन [तकनीकी सहायक (म. प्रौ. ) के रूप में पुर्ननामित ) के पद पर कार्यरत श्री जी. रंजितए सक्षम प्राधिकारी से पूर्व अनुमानित लिए बिना 23.07.2007 से अप्राधिकृत रूप से अनुपस्थित है । ज्ञापन के जरिए बारंबार उपदेश के बावजूद श्री जी रंजित ने न कोई प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है और न ही कार्य ग्रहण किया है । लंबी अनुपस्थिति के परिणामों की सूचना उन्हें दी गई थी जिससे कि अनुदेशों का अनुपालन करते हुए कार्य ग्रहण करने का पर्याप्त मौका भी उन्हें दिया गया था । केंद्रीय सिविल सेवाएं ( अस्थायी सेवा ) नियम 1965 के नियम 5 के उप नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसार कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या6-2/2007 प्रशा. डिपसंक 01 . 07.2008 के जरिए यह समाप्ति सूचना दी गई थी कि यह नोटिस जारी किए एक महीना समाप्त होने की तारी या जैसी सिथति हो, उनकी सेवायें समाप्त की जाएगी । यह नोटिस पंजीकृत डाक से भेजी गई थी । लेकिन इस टिप्पणी से साथ यह वापस प्राप्त हुई कि ' प्रेषित बाह्य स्थान में है । ऐसी स्थिति में केंन्द्रीय सिविल सेवायें ( अस्थायी सेवा ) नियम 1965 के नियम 5 के उप नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारी के मुताबिक अधोहस्ताक्षरी यह निर्णय लेते हैं कि इस समाप्ति सूचना के प्रकाशन कि तारीख से एक महीने
