का.नि.आ. 13.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सेना इंजीनियर सेवा , वास्तुविद् काडर ( समूह ' क ' पद ) भर्ती नियम , 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सेना इंजीनियर सेवा , वास्तुविद् काडर ( समूह ' क ' पद ) , भर्ती संशोधन नियम , 2009 है । (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. ( 1 ) सेना इंजीनियर सेवा , वास्तुविद् काडर ( समूह ' क ' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2006 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ 12 में वास्तुविद् के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 4 पर निम्नलिखित टिप्पण विद्यमान " टिप्प्ण 1 " से पहले अन्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा ।
"टिप्पण 1 : का. नि. आ. 66 तारीख 16 मई, 2006 के प्रख्यापन की तारीख को नियमित आधार पर उस पद पर नियुक्त किए गए सहायक वास्तुविद् श्रेणी-2 , सहायक वास्तुविद् श्रेणी-1 और सहायक वास्तुविद् श्रेणी -2 में 8 वर्ष की सम्मिलित सेवा जिसमें से सहायक वास्तुविद् श्रेणी-2 की श्रेणी मेंन्यूनतम 3 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा लागू होगी "
(2) विद्यमान " टिप्पण " को " टिप्पण 2 " के रूप में पुनर्संख्यांकित किया जाएगा ।

S.R.O. 13. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Rules to amend the Military Engineer Services , Architect Cadre (Group ' A' posts ), Recruitment Rules, 2006, namely:--
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Military Engineer Services , Architect Cadre (Group ' A' posts ) , Recruitment Amendment Rules , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. (i) In the Schedule to Military Engineer Services , Architect Cadre (Group ' A' posts ) , Recruitment Rules , 2006 , at serial number 4, relating to the post of Architect, in Column 12, the following " Note 1 " shall be inserted before the existing "Note".
"Note 1: Assistant Architect Grade- II appointed to the post on regular basis as on the date of the promulgation of S.R.O. 66 dated 16th May, 2006, 8 years combined regular service in the grades of Assistant Architect Grade - I and Assistant Architect Grade- II out of which minimum 3 years regular service in the grade of Assistant Architect Grade - II shall be applicable. "
(ii) The existing "Note" shall be renumbered as "Note 2 "
