का.नि.आ. 14. - रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम , 1903 ( 1903 का 7) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा घोषणा करती है कि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि पंजाब राज्य के गुरदासपुर जिले की पठानकोट तहसील के मामून छावनी में स्थित मिश्रित सेना उड्डयन स्क्वाडून बेस के निकटवर्ती होने के कारण इसे भवनों तथा अन्य बाधाओं से मुक्त रखे जाने के उद्देश्य से इसके उपयोग तथा अधिभोग पर उपर्युक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड (ख) में निर्दिष्ट प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना आवश्यक है ।
S.R.O. 14. In exercise ofthe powers conferredby Section 3 ofthe Works ofDefence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903 ), the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose the restrictions specified in clause (b) of Section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule below, being land lying in the vicinity of Composite Army Aviation SquadronBase at Mamun Cantonment, Tehsil Pathankot, DistrictGurdaspur in the State of Punjab , in order that the said land be kept free from buildings and other obstructions .
2. उपर्युक्त भूमि की योजना से संबंधित रेखाचित्र नक्शे का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त, जिला गुरदासपुर , पंजाब राज्य के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।
2. A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur, State ofPunjab.

SCHEDULE
रक्षा संकर्म , नामतः पंजाब राज्य के गुरदासपुर जिले की पठानकोट तहसील के मामून छावनी के मिश्रित सेना उड्डयन बेस की बाहरी चाहरदीवारी के शिखर से 984.25 गज (900 मीटर ) की दूरी के भीतर के क्षेत्र में आने वाली समस्त भूमि ।
All the land comprised in the area lying within the distance of984.25 yards (900 metres) from the crest ofthe outer parapet ofthe Works ofDefence, namely, Composite Army Aviation Squadron Base at Mamun Cantonment, Tehsil Pathankot, District Gurdaspur in the State of Punjab.
