रंक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी किए गए सांविधिक नियम और आदेश Statutory Rules and Orders issued by the Ministry ofDefence

का.नि.आ. 15.-राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रक्षा लेखा विभाग अनुभाग अधिकारी (लेखा ) भर्ती नियम , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा लेखा विभाग अनुभाग अधिकारी ( लेखा ) भर्ती नियम , 2009 है।
(ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. रक्षा लेखा विभाग अनुभाग अधिकारी ( लेखा ) भर्ती नियम, 2008 में,
(क) नियम-1 के उप नियम 1 में, " 2008 " अंकों के स्थान पर," 2009 " अंक रखे जाएंगे ;
(ख) अनुसूची में,-
(i ) स्तम्भ (6 ) में , " 18 से 25 वर्ष" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 18 से 27 वर्ष " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;

( ii ) स्तम्भ 11 में , टिप्पण की मद संख्या 1 में " रक्षा लेखा महानियंत्रक द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी " शब्दों के स्थान पर, " कर्मचारी चयन आयोग " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 15. In exercise ofthe powers conferred by theproviso to article 309 of the Constitution the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Defence Accounts Department Section Officer (Accounts ) Recruitment Rules, 2008 , namely:-

1. (i) These rules may be called the Defence Accounts Department Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Rules , 2009.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Defence Accounts Department Section Officer (Accounts) Recruitment Rules , 2008 ,- (a) in rule 1 , in sub-rule (1 ) , for the figures " 2008" , the figures , " 2009" shall be substituted;
(b) in the Schedule ,-
(i) in column (6), for the figures and words " 18 to 25 years" , the figures and words " 18 to 27 years" shall be substituted;
(ii) in column ( 11 ) , in the Note, in item number 1 , for the words " an authority specified by the Controller General of Defence Accounts" , the words " Staff Selection Commission " shall be substituted .

का. नि. आ. 16.-केन्द्रीय सरकार , नौसेना अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 की62 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीपसमूह संघ शासित क्षेत्र में की जाने वाली सेवा या डयूटी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अर्थ के अंतर्गत और उसके प्रयोजन के लिए सक्रिय सेवा होगी। [फा. सं. 15415/ए एंड एन सी आई डी एस/पर्स ]

S.R.O. 16. In exercise of the powers conferredby clause (b) of sub - section ( 1) of Section 3 of the Navy Act, 1957 ( 62 of 1957) , the Central Government hereby declares that for a period of five years from the date of publication ofthis Notification in the Official Gazette , service or duty in the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands shall be " active service" within the meaning and for the purpose of the said Act .
