2. अनुसूची का संशोधन, भारतीय लेखापरीक्षा और लेखा विभाग , ( लिपिक ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2001 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ 11 में " पद " शब्द जहां- जहां वे आते हैं, के स्थान परं " रिक्तियों" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
[फा. सं. ए-12018/15/99 -ई.जी. ] आर. प्रेम आनंद , अवर सचिव सा. का, नि, 106.-राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के खंड ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत के नियंत्रक महालेखापरीक्षक से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा विभाग ( लिपिक ) भर्ती नियम , 1988 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम , " भारतीय लेखापरीक्षा और लेखा विभाग , ( लिपिक ) भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियम, 2009 " है ।
टिप्पण 1 :-मूल नियम , भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) तारीख 30-07-1988 में सं. सा.का. नि. 611 तारीख 14-07-1988 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे , तारीख 08-09-1988 को एक शुद्धि- पत्र , भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 750 तारीख 24-09-1988 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और उसमें निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना द्वारा पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन किया गया :-
(2) सं. सा.का.नि. 537 तारीख 14-09-2001 1
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

G.S.R. 106. In exercise of the powers conferredby clause (5) of Article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, the President hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Indian Audit and Accounts Department (Clerks) Recruitment Rules , 1988 , namely:--
1. Short title and commencement. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Audit and Accounts Department (Clerks) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule. In the Indian Audit and Accounts Department ( Clerks ) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2001 , in the Schedule , in column 11 , for the word , " posts " , wherever it occurs , the word "vacancies" shall respectively be substituted.

सा. का. नि. 107.- केन्द्र सरकार , पंजाब पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 31 ) की धारा 97 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंधन बोर्ड नियमावली , 1974 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंधन बोर्ड (संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2008 है ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तिथि को लागू होंगे ।
2. भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंधन बोर्ड नियमावली , 1974 के नियम 4 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) में,--
(क) खंड ( क ) में , " रु. 24050-650-26000 के वेतनमान में मासिक वेतन ", के शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों के लिए " बिना
[PART II SEC. 3( 1) ] ग्रेड वेतन के रु. 75500 ( तीन प्रतिशत की दर से वार्षिक वेतनवृद्धि) 80000 के वेतन बैंड में मासिक वेतन " के शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; और (ख) खंड ( ख) में, " रु. 22,400-525-24,500 के मान में मासिक वेतन " के शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों के लिए " रु. 12000 के ग्रेड वेतन सहित ( रु. 37400-67000 ) के वेतन बैंड -4 में मासिक वेतन " के शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 107. In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 97 of the Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966 (31 of 1966), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Bhakra Beas Management Board Rules , 1974, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Bhakra Beas ManagementBoard (Amendment) Rules , 2008.- (2) they shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub -rule ( 1 ) of rule 4 of the Bhakra Beas ManagementBoard Rules , 1974-
(a) in clause (a) , for the words , letters and figures "monthly salary in the pay scale of Rs . 24050-650- 26000", the words , letters and figures "monthly 417
