अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि इनफोसिस के सह-अध्यक्ष श्री नन्दन नीलेकनी को भारतीय विशिष्ठ पहचान प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष के रूप में केन्द्रीय मंत्री के रैंक एवं स्तर पर नियुक्त किया जाता है । उक्त पद पर श्री नीलेकनी का कार्यकाल पाँच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा ।

2. यह पदोन्नति उक्त अधिकारी के सेवा निवृत्त होने पर अथवा मंजूर कि गई एस.ए.जी. स्तर पर मंजूर पद पर उनके पदोन्नति हो जाने पर उक्त उन्नयन किया गए पद एन.एफ.एस.जी. स्तर पर वापस चली जाएगी। 3. एस.ए.जी. में उनकी पदोन्नति के परिणामस्वरूप उन्हें योजना आयोग में सलाहकार का पदनाम दिया जाता है ।
