सं. एन-15/ 13/1/ 15/2008- यों व वि ( 2 ) कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 , ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 1 अगस्त, 2009 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम -95क तथा आंध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम -1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागूकिये जाएंगे, अर्थात्
' आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के गुंटूर जिले के दाचेपल्ली मंडल के राजस्व गांव और उनके खेडों में जिनका विवरण नीचे दिया गया है । '
