SEBI vide its Circular No.MRD/DoP/Cir -05 / 2009 dated 20 May, 2009 has advised the Exchange to amend its Bye-Law relating to Permanent Account Number requirement for transfer of shares in Physical Form . Delhi Stock Exchange invites comments /criticism on proposed amendement to Bye- Law No.204 by insertion of a new Bye - Law No.204B( 1) (d) from all persons who may be affected thereby . The comments/criticism must reach the O/ o the Company Secretary, Delhi Stock Exchange Limited, DSE House 3/1 , Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi - 110002 within 15 days from the date of this publication .

1(d) The provisions of this rule shall also be applicable to all securities market transactions and off- market/private transactions involving transfer of shares in Physical Form of listed companies . It shall be mandatory for the transferee(s) to furnish copy of PAN card to the Company/ RATs for registration of such transfer of shares .
1 (डी) इन नियमों के प्रावधान की सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों के सभी प्रतिभूति बंद बाजार/निजी शेयरों के भौतिक रूप में हस्तांतरण के लेनदेन शामिल होंगे । यह अंतरिती कम्पनी/आरटीए के लिए शेयरों के हस्तांतरण के पंजीकरण के लिए पेन कार्ड की प्रतिलिपि अनिवार्य होगी ।
