2. चयन सूची में सम्मिलित किए गए अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति, अनुमोदित सेवा के उद्देश्य से तथा अवर सचिव के रूप में नोशनल आधार पर उनके वेतन निर्धारण के लिए 01.07.2003 से प्रभावी मानी जाए । तथापि, जिस तारीख से ये अधिकारी केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के अवर सचिव के ग्रेड में इस प्रकार नियुक्त होंगे , केवल उसी तारीख से उन्हें वास्तविक लाभ उपलब्ध होंगे ।
