ADANI POWER LIMITED PUBLIC NOTICE अदानी पॉवर लिमिटेड, जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय शिखर, नौवीं मंजिल, मीठाखली सिक्स रोड के पास , नवरंगपुरा, अहमदाबाद -380009 , भारत में है, ने निम्नांकित पारेषण योजनाओं के लिए, इन्हें कार्यशील करने , प्रचालन, संधारण एवं अन्य कार्यों के साथ ही इनके सर्वेक्षण, संरचना, स्थापना, निरीक्षण , निर्माण एवं अन्य कार्य , जो स्थापित हैं या संधारित हैं अथवा जा सरकार द्वारा टेलीग्राफ उद्देश्य के लिए स्थापित या संधारित है, में टेलीग्राफ लाईनों और स्तम्भों की स्थापना के परिपेक्ष में जो अधिकार इंडियन टेलीग्राफ एक्ट, 1885 के तहत् टेलीग्राफ प्राधिकार में निहित हैं और जो कार्य के उपयुक्त सामंजस्य के लिए आवश्यक है, विद्युत पारेषण के लिए अथवा टेलीफोनिक या टेलीग्राफिक संचार के उद्देश्य से विद्युत लाईनें अथवा विद्युत संयंत्र स्थापित करने के लिए भारत सरकार से विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 के अनुच्छेद 164 के अन्तर्गत उसे सभी अधिकार प्रदान करने के लिए आवेदन करना चाहता है ।
